Combat Style:
Xemnas as a fighter is rather well balanced in terms of combat—he is physically and magically gifted—and uses both of these attributes with great skill, although seems to tend to favor magical attacking more. His spells are designed for keeping his foes at bay, distracting them and confusing them in a flurry of attacks long enough for the Superior to swoop in and take care of them personally. While his speed and agility are sorely lacking, he makes up this with extreme durability and incredible power.


ABILITIES:

[Passive: Natural Leader]
Lower grade Nobodies are aware of Xemnas's power as one of their own and know to respect it--not from loyalty, but from fear. While he cannot control players or player summons of a Nobody type, Xemnas can command naturally spawning Nobody forces for the sake of the plot, and the plot alone.

Interdiction Division:
Type: Physical
Description: This weapon copies Xemnas's Interdiction weapons ten (10) times, and surrounds a target within ten (10) feet of him. The copies then hone in on the enemy at approx. 25 MPH, causing medium damage.

Description:  Xemnas fires ten (10) copies of his Interdiction weapons in a straight line, targeting a single target, in quick succession, dealing medium damage.

Type: Spell
Description: This spell fires two azure orbs (about the size of a watermelon) through the air (approx. level with Xemnas, and can only travel 5 feet away from him) where they linger for one post. If they were to be touched, only light damage would be taken, however, it would also activate the orbs causing them to explode. The orbs expand to full size ( 8 feet height and width each, approx. given the comparison to Xemnas/Sora, which means the full length is around 16 feet in length total)--anything caught in these orbs will take medium damage. The fully expanded orbs only last one post.

Sacred Seal:
Type: Spell
Description: Xemnas fires a beam of concentrated Nothingness, (within a 5 foot radius, and the beam travels 25 MPH) which latches onto the target. Three seals, shaped like prisms, and filled with the power of nothingness, will surround this target. This skill seals the enemy, making them unable to use magic for a set amount of time, and deals light damage over its coarse. (2 posts.)

Void's Lament:
Type: Spell
Description: This ability targets a foe (within a five (5) foot cone in front of him meaning this cannot be done if they are behind him), and ensnares them in a charged volt of Nothingness, which suspends them in the air for a short time, charging them with energy (this volt travels at 15 MPH,). Xemnas cannot attack during this time nor can he move due to this ability's heavy use of power and need for concentration. This attack will cause life damage over time for the duration of the attack.

Thorns of Despair:
Type: Spell
Description:  Xemnas fires a beam of concentrated Nothingness, which sprout and grow (20 feet), becoming vine-like branches of Nothingness which injure the enemy on contact, dealing light damage. It is easily dodged. however the thorns remain for two more of Xemnas's posts.
(this is essentially the same move used in Xemnas's final battle in KH II.)

Thunder Guard:
Type: Support
Description:  Xemnas summons 32 clear panels (approx. 8 ft in length and 6 ft width, given the proportions of Xemnas compared to it,) of light to protect him from attacks. However, this move only blocks assaults coming in from the front of him. Magical attacks that hit these panels will dissipate the shield. Attacking this barrier with a physical blow will negate the attack—non-physical spells cause a knockback. Being struck by this barrier will cause LGT damage. This lasts only one post.

This ability unlocks the use of Eternal Suffering, as well as granting several status boosts. However, if Xemnas is damaged in this form, his recovery time from these attacks is severely reduced, enabling several hits to land upon the Superior instead of the mere few he would normally take. Allows an extra use of the following moves (before they go on cooldown): Interdiction Division, Rapid Interdiction, Shattered Hearts, Thorns of Despair, Thunder Guard, Black Mass, Quick Movement, and Purified Walls.

Eternal Suffering:
Type: Limit
Description:  Xemnas creates a black void, summoning a legion of crimson bolts at a target, each bolt dealing miniscule damage...however, these bolts deal greater and greater amounts of damage given how many times they've hit. (10% damage increase for every bolt that's hit--EX: if you're hit with a bolt, it's minor damage. If you're hit with 7, it's that minor damage, increased by 70%.) This ability cannot be dodged, and nullifies escape spells or teleportation. This ability can be deflected, and nullified, but cannot be reflected or dispelled.
THIS ABILITY CAN ONLY BE USED ONCE PER TOPIC. THIS ABILITY ENDS FINAL FORM.

Description:  Xemnas summons a barrier around himself, and hovers around the field. Any enemies that touch Xemnas's barrier will take damage.  Xemnas then creates eight ( 8 ) massive lasers from his hands that he fires around himself at a long range. Any enemies that are hit take extremely critical damage.
THIS ABILITY CAN ONLY BE USED ONCE PER TOPIC, and CANNOT be used if Xemnas has taken no damage.

CHARACTER PERSONALITY
The Nobody of Terra-Xehanort could be considered a great deal many a thing. To some, he was a close ally, and a partner to those who would later on bear the same heart as he. Others may note his dominant side; a strong, unbudging creature with little to show through his stone visage. Further still, one might consider his less flattering features. Perhaps it is a manifesto of a great deal of variables that allows the Superior of Organization XIII to be such a complex being, or, it may be that Master Xehanort controls the entirety of his vessels—one cannot be entirely sure at this point, whether or not each distinguished carrier has their own willpower or not—it could be debated. Regardless of how or why however, actions and measures have made it clear what the former shell of ‘Xehanort’ has become in terms of what may or may not be his own, distinct persona.

Akin to that of the man who spurned him, Xemnas possesses a keen intellect, and a knack for turning the misfortunes and circumstances of those less capable than himself into tools and opportunities to further his own plans. The Nobody is a controller, keeping his distance from the main fray and preferring to dictate the next set of events from beyond the reaches, within the shadows of an ever-present enigma. His eye for the talents of others has allowed him to construct what he had believed to be a perfect team in order to fully complete the goals he’d been inadvertently handed…it does appear that while he tends to underestimate the strong bonds of the growing hearts that others have, his ability to see power within others is particularly keen.
One might consider Xemnas to be coldhearted—this could be possible, given that he does not seem to care much for the safety or well being of his fellow allies—though there are several distinct relations and ‘feelings’ shared between the Superior and some very few individuals; the irony being that while the Nobody ignored the strength of others whose hearts were connected…he himself had those same bonds to others without realizing their value. Perhaps it was Xehanort’s lack of faith in such ties that caused him to be so blind—though once again, this could be heavily discussed.
Two individuals that could be considered “friends” of the Superior are a pair of the thirteen members from the “True” Organization—Xigbar and Saix. Xigbar, being a pawn of Xehanort long before his transformation into a Nobody, has both served under and sometimes guided Xemnas on several occasions. It’s not entirely clear which has a greater standing in the “True” Organization,


CHARACTER HISTORY
It's rather long. I gave you spoilers.
Spoiler:

It began when Terra-Xehanort appeared in Radiant Garden, and he began his quest to understand the world around him. Soon his journeys led him to further the research in Darkness that went beyond what Ansem the Wise began. In this, he unleashed the Heartless into the worlds forever, and they have become the scourge of the world.
Terra-Xehanort assumes the name of his master, Ansem the Wise, and he and his fellow apprentices banish Ansem to the Realm of Darkness. Their subsequent experiments cause them to lose their hearts in darkness, and Xehanort's being is split into a Heartless and a Nobody. The newly-born Xemnas then goes on to recruit the Nobodies of Ansem's other apprentices, and together, they form Organization XIII. While Xemnas's goal is ostensibly to summon Kingdom Hearts, he also seeks to gather thirteen vessels, each to bear a piece of Master Xehanort's heart.

Kingdom Hearts
The Organization's final member piques Xemnas's interest greatly, as he is the Nobody of a Keyblade wielder. Xemnas tracks down the young boy in Twilight Town and names him Roxas, taking him to his new home in The World That Never Was where he introduces Roxas to the rest of the Organization. Xemnas arrives at Hollow Bastion shortly after recruiting Roxas, in order to observe Sora, Roxas's original being. The Princesses of Heart sense his incredible power, and Sora, Donald, Goofy, and the Beast go to the Chapel to investigate. Xemnas walks through Sora, intangible, causing Sora to experience many of his memories in rapid succession. Sora asks who the man is, and Goofy wonders if it is Ansem, and though Xemnas says he is familiar with the name, he does not clarify how or who he is. He then launches an energy attack at Sora, who manages to barely deflect it. Xemnas remarks Sora looks like "him", and is not complete, but this only confuses Sora. He then attacks the Keyblade wielder, intending to test his power. After an intense battle, he backs off, almost appearing to be defeated, but quickly abandons the facade. He explains that he finds Sora fascinating, and says that they will one day meet again and disappears, but not before making an ambiguous comment on how he is but "a mere shell".


Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days

Once Roxas is inducted into Organization XIII, Xemnas makes use of Roxas's ability to use the Keyblade to release captured hearts and use them to form Kingdom Hearts. At the same time, he uses his experiments on the Replica Program and creates a clone of Sora. The result is Xion, who Xemnas hopes to use as an alternative in case Sora proves useless to his plans. To that end, Xemnas plans to have Xion gradually develop Sora's abilities and then merge with Roxas to become a complete clone of Sora.
Xemnas sends the members of Organization XIII on their missions to further their plans while placing Xion in the care of Roxas. Xemnas eventually extends their operations to Castle Oblivion. With this fortress in his control, he sends five Organization members, Marluxia, Larxene, Vexen, Lexaeus, and Zexion, to conduct experiments on memory with the use of Naminé who is being held prisoner by the Organization, via suggestion from Saix. Xemnas places Marluxia in charge of Castle Oblivion and charges Vexen with the task of continuing the Replica Project. Xemnas was also the one who handed down the order to Marluxia to lure Sora to Castle Oblivion and experiment with the hero.

Unbeknownst to Sora and his allies, they began to walk into the twisted plan of the defective Marluxia and Larxene. Aware of this sinister plot, Xemnas ordered Axel to Castle Oblivion as a spy, to better see what capabilities the Keyblade Master had, and would also repeatedly send Axel back to Castle Oblivion to continue searching for the Chamber of Waking, to no avail. After loosing Vexen, Zexion, and Lexeous, the Superior flew into a rage, and began the initiation of his plan to recreate Kingdom Hearts to obtain their lost emotions.
But Marluxia and Larxene did not provide a great enough distraction, and with Riku wiping away his Underground Members, Xemnas was becoming unnerved. He continues his plans for Xion, placing Axel in charge of capturing her whenever she tries to escape the Organization.
Following Roxas's induction into the Organization, Xemnas gathers the rest of the Organization atop the Altar of Naught to see their Kingdom Hearts come into existence following the three months Roxas and Xion have been gathering hearts for it. Giving a speech about how they will regain hearts, but not be swayed by their recovered emotions, Xemnas ends their meeting and sends the other members back to their missions.
To fuel their Kingdom Hearts until it was "ripe" enough, Xemnas orders the other members to do all they can to create powerful Heartless for Roxas to defeat. Later, after Xion starts becoming more and more powerful—which drains Roxas of his own strength—he arranges for Roxas and Xion to fight, deeming it unnecessary to have two Keyblade wielders in the Organization.
After Xion escapes for the last time, Xemnas assembles the Organization in the Round Room, and he, Xigbar, and Saïx inform everyone of Xion's nature and the Replica Project. Xemnas sends Axel to retrieve Xion, and he brings her back to the Castle That Never Was. Xemnas reprograms Xion and sends her to absorb Roxas. However, Xion is defeated and absorbed by Roxas. As she fades away, Xion tells Roxas to free Kingdom Hearts and prevent Xemnas from getting it, as he would use it only to gain supreme power. Xemnas and Saïx meet in the Round Room to discuss Xion's defeat, and Xemnas orders the retrieval of Roxas.

Kingdom Hearts II
True to Xemnas's words, he and Sora meet again at Hollow Bastion, the same world in which they first met, accompanied by Demyx, Xaldin, Xigbar, Luxord, and Saïx, all of them hooded. Sora doesn't recognize Xemnas or his coat from their first encounter. The Organization taunt and mock Sora, only angering him. After that point, Xemnas primarily remains at the Castle That Never Was while the other Organization members travel to different worlds, stirring up the Heartless and driving Sora to defeat them.
During the early stages of the Battle of the 1000 Heartless, Xemnas comes to Ansem the Wise's computer room, where he opens a path to the Chamber of Repose. He enters the Chamber, located below the Heartless Manufactory, where he visits the armor of Aqua and briefly speaks with it. He then goes to the Great Maw, where he looks upon the Heartless army that had temporarily halted. King Mickey, upon seeing his face, finally remembers that Xemnas is the Nobody of Xehanort. Xemnas leaves the battlefield, but King Mickey gives chase and engages Xemnas in combat, while Sora, Donald, and Goofy are blocked from following by the Heartless.
After an exhausting battle, the three make their way to the cliff overlooking Villain's Vale, finally catching up with the King. Sora demands to know where Riku and Kairi are, but Xemnas claims to know nothing about Kairi while telling Sora to ask Mickey about Riku. Then, he vanishes into a corridor of darkness, followed by Mickey. At some point, Xemnas shakes Mickey off his trail and returns to the World That Never Was.
When Sora and company arrive at the Castle That Never Was, Xemnas is standing upon the highest tower of the castle, asking Kingdom Hearts to share its power with all Nobodies. Saïx then appears, asking whether Kingdom Hearts is complete. Xemnas says it is nearly complete, and orders Saïx to finish Sora and his friends off.
After all Organization members save for himself had been eliminated, Xemnas comes to greet Ansem the Wise, who had been attempting to digitally seal Kingdom Hearts away. The former pupil mocks his teacher, stating that he is the source of all Heartless, for inspiring his student to go where Ansem himself did not dare to venture. Though Ansem admits that his foolishness was the source of much misery, he questions Xemnas on how this was what he had been seeking. Ansem's Encoder overloads and explodes, seemingly killing Ansem, and causing massive damage to Kingdom Hearts itself, ruining Xemnas's plans. In the fray, Xemnas flees back to the top of the castle.
Sora and the others then travel up to the very top of the tower, where they find Xemnas lamenting the damage done to Kingdom Hearts. He asks the three Keyblade wielders to fetch him more hearts, and when they refuse, he proceeds to face Sora one on one in Memory's Contortion, a phantom version of Memory's Skyscraper, where Riku once fought Roxas.


Although Sora fends off Xemnas and is returned to the Altar of Naught, the Superior is not yet defeated, and reappears before his Kingdom Hearts urging it to join with him to grant him the power needed to destroy his enemies. Sora and the others try to stop him, but Xemnas fuses with Kingdom Hearts anyway. Fortunately, the worlds create a door for Sora and the others to enter. They follow Xemnas into Kingdom Hearts, but they see that Xemnas has taken its power and transformed the realm into a place resembling the World That Never Was with a giant fortress in the middle. Xemnas dons Master Xehanort's Keyblade Armor and uses a combination of powers from his fallen comrades to battle them, but he is still defeated. Following this, Xemnas apparently fades into darkness.
With the help of Naminé, Kairi, Donald, Goofy, and the King get safely to Destiny Islands, but before Sora and Riku can follow, Xemnas attacks once more, having merged with a gigantic mechanical dragon. After another clash, Xemnas takes Sora and Riku to a realm of nothingness.
He was given no choice but to forfeit his godhood and dreams of a heart in order to live again, and not fade into the abyss. After the battle, the Superior suffered near-fatal wounds from the Keyblade's Piercing attack, but with help from the remains of Kingdom Hearts, slowly began his recovery.

Dream Drop Distance

Despite his destruction, Xemnas returns to the Realm of Light, thanks to Young Xehanort, and encounters Sora numerous times during his Mark of Mastery exam inside the Sleeping Worlds. He constantly questions Sora, making the young Keyblader uncomfortable and confused during his travels, and providing a great deal of conflict for the boy.
Upon his arrival in World that Never Was, Xemnas appears before Sora and explains to him that the true purpose of Organization XIII was to find twelve vessels for Master Xehanort to place fragments of his own heart and make into clones of himself, but the unforeseen independence of each member made this impossible to realize, despite Xemnas's lies about Nobodies not having hearts to earn their cooperation. Xemnas tells Sora that he is Master Xehanort's intended final vessel of the new Organization, but Sora refuses and engages Xemnas in battle once again.
Xemnas appears in Where Nothing Gathers along with Master Xehanort, Ansem, Xehanort, Xigbar, Saïx, and the other members when Riku arrives with Mickey to rescue Sora. When Master Xehanort attempts to turn Sora into the thirteenth vessel, Xemnas stops Mickey from reaching him, but Lea, Donald and Goofy arrive and foil Master Xehanort's plan. Xemnas promptly flees with the rest of the Organization.

Canon Characters, naturally, have to be approved as per the old system.

Starting on statistics, no stat can be lower than 0. Your niche would state that, if facing a Keyblade wielder, your Con. would drop to negative 2 & you would die, also your magic resistance becomes 0 and a magical breeze kills you. 

Your niches, while highly against you, are not balanced correctly. You can it to where there is more bad than good, but not in this manner. Examples:

+2 STR against Heartless and other Nobodies [-2 in another stat for two reasons, or -1 in two stats for the same or seperate reasons.]
1/2 damage against Nothingness, Light, and Dark type magic [Must have x2 damage from three elements, x1.5 for 6, etc.]
-4 to all stats if facing a wielder of the Keyblade [Unnecessary and impossible with your current stats.]

After we make these edits, we can move onto your spells.

Because this is a character approval, much different from me going through and fixing someone elses profile for an OC. The changes need to be documented so the other staff and possibly future applicants can see the way things were worked out and what issues raised.

Also, the way your stats ended up could have possibly determined the way you did your abilities. Plus, I personally prefer focusing on areas at a time so things aren't buried and forgotten. It's how I work, and I'm sorry if my methods are inconvenient: they are out of habit and probably completely illogical, but I'm weary of making mistakes when I do these approvals as to not set a bad example, and moreso to prevent inconveniencing you with something I forgot or needs to be added. Do it right the first time, as they say.

An FYI, Combat style contradicts your stats quite well. I assume it's what is left of your old Xemnas profile, so it needs to be edited to reflect your stats.

Back onto your stats, they still don't seem to be balanced correctly. If you need to know how to balance them, refer to my previous post. If you have further questions, feel free to disclose them.

Then we can move onto abilities.

The percentages that raise things should be cut down to at least 50% as, as far as I have been told, that is how high a stat/ability can be raised.

Before I question the dice rolls any further, do you have an idea on how you will do said dice rolls fairly?

App still in discussion, more problems may be discovered over time but we'll get to that when it comes up. (aka I'm being dragged away for chores and I plan on triple-checking this later)

Actually, in comparison to other bosses, Xemnas is quite clunky in his movements. If one observes the battle footage from various games, he is more of a speedy character than an agile one.
Of course, this particular system of stats is going to make these things difficult for nearly every major character in the Kingdom Hearts roster, so yes, there will probably be some inconsistencies within the game and this forum. It's something that cannot be avoided with the system we're using. I've made it as close as I can.

There are ample websites in which one can roll a dice without bias. I trust my opponents to post the first roll that falls.

As far as movement speed, they should be equal. I feel that is fair.

After skimming by the app again, I've noticed various cases of absolute hits.  That is a no no and all cases of it will have to be removed.

As for the Dice Rolls, we are still somewhat unsure, but we believe Forumotion's dice roll option would work for this type of situation.

EDIT: We are actually discussing using Forumotion's dice roll feature (whenever Yima responds) so actually leave the dice rolls there and we're pretty sure it'll work out.

Sorry to say I can't convince Yima to let you keep the dice rolls, those will have to go too. Too unreliable.

I'll give you two: Absolutes are abilities represented in their written form to not allow for counter play, a disease that "kills in x posts irregardless of other variables" is such an example, weapons that cannot be broken, cut through anything, abilities that make someone invulnerable in one facet or another, and in general written to either imply or state just the one possible outcome.  Even though we exist in a story system we need to ensure that what we write is what we actually mean to prevent ourselves from sowing confusion, misunderstanding, and potentially negative feelings amongst members.

Sacred Seal is an absolute and that last sentence is why. While it is avoidable, it does have a specific effect that's unstoppable if it lands a hit. It needs fixing

Void's Lament needs to be escapable. It can be extremely difficult, though. Like, near impossible to escape from.

Define the Sorceror's HP. Is it how many hits it can take or how many posts it lasts?

Speaking of, can the Sorceror's shield deflect magic-enhanced physical attacks too?
