Now this is what I'm talking about.
The Nobody General had been too slow in recovery from his previous attack. With his back still turned to the Fallen Styx, the beast let out an ear shattering screech that cause Felonix to lose his concentration, falling from the winds that encompassed him from Zephyr's Flight
. He landed on his hands and knees as his hands moved up to his ears. He turned and watched the Fallen reconfigure it's body to match the attacks it had received.Someone's not happy.
He brought himself to stand, using the massive blade of Burning Rage
to steady himself. He looked up as orbs of darkness fell from the sky, and quickly held Burning Rage
above his head, like an umbrella. The Styx hadn't seemed to notice Felonix behind him after the previous flurry of attacks, seemingly leaving the beast open for an attack. Felonix rushed forward off the ground, reactivating Zephyr's Flight
. As he approached the beast from behind, who now seemed to be focused on Solomon and Tyler, he brought Burning Rage
down at a 45 degree angle, attempting to slash the beast from the right side of its neck to the left side of its waist. Immediately he turned around as he continued forward, Burning Rage
now pointed directly in the face of the Fallen.Burn.
The fire in the sword roared to life as he cast Flame Salvo
, rushing down the blade towards the point, causing 5 medium sized fireballs to lock onto the Fallen. Being nearly in front of the Fallen as Felonix cast it, the Fallen would have to move quickly in order to dodge all of them. In the meantime, Felonix continued his flight course, now right behind where Tyler was going to land. Can't stop yet mate!
He shouted at Tyler, swinging his sword around as though it were a baseball bat. The wide, blunt side of the sword connected with Tyler's feet, Tyler now standing sideways in midair on Felonix's sword. Hit him where it hurts.
He muttered as Tyler shouted towards the rest of their teammates. Felonix finished the swing, now launching Tyler directly into the Fallen. As finished his swing noticed a small pain in his arm and shoulder.Damn, that left me a little too open.
A few cuts in his jacket and small lines of blood revealed that a couple of the Orbs that rained down from the sky had hit. He raised Burning Rage
as though the blade were an umbrella again, and stood on the defense, waiting for a response from the beast.
