Effects: Grants Belal supernatural hearing in addition to his own (which does not interfere with natural perception). When activated, he can clearly discern sounds at any distance under one mile. He can differentiate heartbeats, magic, racial signatures, and Keyblade wielders, as well as determine one's overall 'well-being', an accumulation of their physical health, current, and maximum capabilities. When active, a cross appears on his forehead.

The second spell is reduced by 10%, the third spell is reduced by 20%, until 50% when the reduction percentage resets at 0%. If there is a post where Belal does not cast a spell, the reduction percentage resets.
