11.1.2017 - Kingdom Hearts RP is now closed. We'd like to thank everyone who invested time on the site for contributing to a wonderful experience which lasted for many years. All stories must eventually end, but while this may seem bittersweet, it can't be stressed enough what a pleasure it was to create and share them with you all. Goodbye everyone.

Seraphina Rodriguez del Princesa de la Fortuna
"The Wayward Pirate"

Somebody | 20 years | 5'6'' | 73 kg

Level 6

Masteries: Water, Aero, and Metal

"Now and then we had a hope that if we lived and were good, God would permit us to be pirates." - Mark Twain

Seraphina is a woman who lives only by the laws she makes on her own, a free-roaming sailor in love with adventure, the sea and her ship, "The Princess of Fortune". Seraphina is a restless sort, always looking for another adventure to fall into with gusto, always taking part in a story that she can write about in her journals. Seraphina is friendly and inquisitive, always willing to make a friend, no matter the cleanliness of their hands. To her friends, her family and her crew; she is loyal, sisterly and vigilant, willing to fight and die in their name should she have to.

She is a pirate, however, and a Spanish one at that. She has a fire in her blood, and is quick to anger and slow to calm, and even faster to spit something venomous or sharp; often in rapid-fire Spanish. She is out to make a name for herself, and by god, she will do what she must, take any challenge, and climb whatever godforsaken mountain she has to in order to get her and her crew's name feared across the sea of skies. In battle, she is a showman, but one with a fair amount of skill. She knows how to fight, and she punishes mistakes with humiliation, a witty quip or remark on her tongue.

See above picture for basic appearance.

Seraphina is a sailor first and foremost, and has the lean and muscular physique to show for it. A lifetime on the seas has given her above average strength and agility, a keen eye and strong sea legs. Although short, she has a commanding stature and aura befitting of a long-time quartermaster, the veritable equal of the captain. Seraphina is of a darker brown skin color, with amber eyes and a beauty mark underneath her right eye. Seraphina has long, silky black hair she often keeps in a ponytail so as to keep it out of her work.

She does have a few scars, one of which is hidden from the public view- a thin horizontal one under on the left side of the bottom lip she had received in a duel, and an old, healed up bullet wound in her left side.

"I am a woman of fortune and must seek my fortune."

Seraphina was born under the black flag, and a pirate life is the only life she'd ever know- and ever really need, in her opinion. Difficult though it may be, she is not beholden to any laws save those she makes, and free to go wherever she wishes. The truth of it though, is that Seraphina is the daughter of a Spanish sailor and a freed slave, both of which turned to the black flag for liberty, equality and opportunity. It was a difficult life for the both of her parents, and in combined with Seraphina's birth, had taken her mothers life and left the rough sailor to raise his daughter on his own.

She quickly became an effective sailor and a pirate, the natural occurrence of being born apart of the waves. She learned the way of the sword and the pistol, climbed her way up the ranks of her ship and eventually became the right hand woman to her father, the captain of the ship "The Princess of Fortune". The rest of her life is a bunch of stories that change with each telling- duels and adventures, friends and rivals.

Legacy Character by Artless Artist.
