Names: Akari Saikou/Alexis Bloodblade

Ages: 19/23

Appearances: The being most commonly known as Akari Saikou has two distinct appearances. The most common form the being takes is the form of Akari herself, a maiden with a rather small bust, white hair, blue eyes, and rather pale skin. She is rather tall in stature, reaching an even six foot height while still maintaining the capability to wear dresses or, "Combat Skirts" as she calls them. Her snow white hair reaches her waist, and she is decidedly feminine in appearance. But, as there are two sides to a coin, there are two sides to Akari. The second side being the spirit, Alexis Bloodblade. Where Akari is white, Alexis is black. Her hair only reaching down to her shoulders, and retaining the blue eyes of Akari. However, when the being in control changes, so do the clothes she is wearing. And, almost as if she's trying to counterbalance Akaris femininity, Alexis wears rather masculine clothing, with the exception of the Ankle length skirt she will wear on occasion. However, one very noticeable article of clothing appears on Alexis, and that is her black scarf.

Species:  Human Spirit Hybrid (Dual Being Human)

Personalities: Akari is a being of duality, having a kind, caring side, and a rough, abrasive side. We shall start by describing Akari's personality. Akari, due to the family she was born to, always tries her best to make her voice heard over the plugs most people subconsciously wear around her, trying her best to become at least listened to despite being a bit of an outcast. Because of this, she is also a very kind and compassionate person, trying her best to listen to others and even help them with their problems. Alexis however is..rather opposing to that personality. As a woman that was once of nobility, you get a definite air of superiority from the woman, something that is only furthered by her brash and abrasive attitude. She would rather force others to listen to her problems than listen to someone else's, and she puts her needs above all others. Due to this, the two beings that make up Akari Saikou are constantly at odds, though that is only when the two are asleep and can actually interact with each other.  

Shared Abilities and Skills:

  • Celestial Change: The ability that allows free change between Akari and Alexis, one being needs only to think of the other's appearance to begin the change, which causes the current control being to become coated in the element that their heart is steeped in, which slowly fades out to the heart element of the other before fading away and revealing the changes.
  • Thorn Burst: A skill that allows Akari or Alexis to create a circle of seemingly upturned earth in a three foot radius around themselves, this allows them to cause up to ten thorny vines to shoot up from the ground in a double helix pattern, this skill can be used to knock opponents into the air or block attacks from an opponent.
  • Haste: A very basic time spell, the caster speeds up their bodies mental perception of time, effectively doubling their speed and reaction time by causing them to see everything in slow motion.
  • Excel Cure: A fusion of the time and cure magics, this skill allows either Akari or Alexis to coat their hands in a beigeish green tinge, which they can then hold over small to medium sized wounds, healing them in either that very post or in that post plus the next.
  • Weapon Summoning: Akari and Alexis are both capable of summoning up to two of their weapons at once.

Constantly Carried Weapons/Equipment:

  • Grace: An ornate sword, similar in shape to a saber, Grace is a single edged curved sword made out of very durable metals, the guard of the blade reminiscent to that of a pirates cutlass in that it forms a sort of shield between the fingers and any oncoming blade. This weapon is the one that Akari carries at all times, making it the weapon she is most familiar with.
  • Condemnation: A sword that is simple in shape and function, Condemnation is a double edged straight sword with a guard that wraps around the handle. The sword is rather simple, a few runes that roughly translate to "The Strongest, The Richest, The Greatest" being the only decoration, the runes being carved onto the blade.

Niches

Two Beings, Two Feelings: Despite sharing a body, Akari and Alexis's injuries and statistics do not carry over when the beings switch control. Meaning that when the beings switch control, wounds left on one seemingly disappear, closing back up only to reopen once control switches back to the injured one. This also causes muscle mass within the subjects body to increase and decrease to match the one in control, giving a finite amount of transformations they can go through before the switches begin to damage the muscles of their shared body.

Effects: Another Basic Time spell, Akari creates a bubble of accelerated time directly in front of her, going up to above her head and out just past her sides. Any spell that comes into contact with this bubble of time will begin to accelerate In its course as if it had come into contact with something, sometimes causing a premature end of weaker spells. However, this doesn't affect living tissues, so a living being may enter the bubble of time and be unaffected. However, the clothes and weapons they may be carrying will be affected.

Name: Demeter's Daggers

Magic Cost: //

Element: Nature (Rose/Plant)

Effect: This spell creates several moderate sized "dead trees" around Akari, the branches stripped of all leaves. However, these trees are not dead. No, they are very much alive. And, on cue from Akari, these trees are capable of launching volleys of their thorn like branches at an opponent. These trees can only launch off three volleys before they wither and truly die, and there is no recasting this spell except by casting it after the spell has run its course. These trees will die on their own however, if they are not used within six posts of the initial casting of the spell.

Name: Touch of Ebisu

Magic Cost: //

Element: Cure

Effects: This spell coats Akari's hands in a green aura, allowing her to hold them over an open wound, or over the general area of internal wounds and begin to heal them. This spell mostly heals cuts and stops internal bleeding, healing rather negligible amounts of damage. However, it also scales in power with the user, making it quite the formidable healing power.

Quantity: One Protector Class Insect Familiar

Abilities:

Changing Form: Like its brother summon, Anzu, Eurynome has the power to change its form between two set ones, a durable but slow Doll Form and a quick yet weak Insect Form

Flight: Eurynome is capable of flight that scales in speed and maximum altitude with the strength of the summoner.

Protector's Secret: A Plot based power, Eurynome is capable of being summoned around the summoner, protecting him/her from environments that would otherwise prove fatal to the user. While this ability is active, the summoner takes on the appearance of Anzu's Cloaked form, while retaining all of their own abilities and statistics.

Natural Weapons: While in its insect form, Eurynome has arms and legs that are as sharp as steel, giving the otherwise unimpressive summon a bit of offensive power.

Spell Drive: Eurynome is capable of using any of Akari's or Alexis's spells, provided they are aligned to the  elements Eurynome itself is aligned to, though only while in the Doll form.

Classification: Plot-Based Spell

Requirements: Consent by all parties, physical presence of Alexis at the time of the spells activation.

Effects: This plot based spell allows Alexis to seemingly "pause" time around herself and one or more other people. This causes their bodies to become surrounded by a thin beige aura. This causes time to stop for their bodies, allowing them to fight without beming wounded, as time doesn't affect their bodies, effectively pulling the very time around them Into reverse to seal up said wounds. However, the only time Alexis is required to be around is at the time of the spells activation, as Akari also manipulates time, making her more than capable of keeping the spell active.

Name: Shock Bomb

Magic Cost: //

Element: Lightning

Effects: This spell allows Alexis to gather a ball of electricity in her hand, or alternatively steal electricity from a source near her, such as streetlamps or televisions. This ball of electricity is highly volatile, causing it to explode into a burst of small bolts of lightning that disperse in all directions upon coming into contact with something solid.

Name: Orbit of Gaia

Magic Cost: //

Element: Earth

Effects: This spell creates a small gravitational field around Alexis, at which point either many large chunks of rock are ripped up from the ground around her, or they are created by solidifying the sediment in the air into full size rocks. These rocks then orbit Alexis, and can be used as an orbiting shield, or can be launched either one at a time in a linear direction, or all at once in a onmi-directional wave.

Name: Scythe of Marzanna

Magic Cost: //

Element: Ice

Effect: This spell has a very subtle, yet very distinct sign of activation: The hand in which the spells energy is channeled through will have a small cloud of thin mist surrounding it. This spell then creates a small sliver of ice, which then extends upwards and downwards until it is just slightly taller than Alexis, having the appearance of a long, gnarled, knotted stick. However, the top of the stick of ice then extends outwards, forming a basic scythe with the durability of an actual scythe. This scythe stays formed for three posts, at which point it shall suddenly evaporate unless Alexis expends more mana to keep it held together, resetting the post count back to three.
