An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN) Empty An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN)

Post by MorpheusZero on February 8th 2009, 6:39 pm

It was dark. The same as always—most would call it hell. But not those who really lived in hell, The UnderWorld. No,no,no…Halloween Town was no hell. It was only a minute thimble in the haystack for Morph’s quest for power. It hadn’t been that long ago that he had returned from hell itself—cheating death and roaming amongst the living again, a saint. The Lord of the Dark Arts was alone this time. He had no companions, no friends, no allies, and until now—no enemies. His heart was full of nothing, and the nothingness only caused his pain to multiply. He had remembered his days of old, being born as a result of “Nobody Experiment,” in The World That Never Was. His brother, NeoOne, was still out there somewhere. Morph figured, since he had gotten a second chance at living, that he should use this precious decisive time to finish his plans for world domination. So here we are, brought back to the abysmal fury of a non-ceasing war, fought within his mind. A mental, proxy battle killing his atrophy, fueling his rage, and increasing his instincts. He was more powerful than ever, and once again the Figure Of Darkness had crept our from the cracks of the Underworld, reclaiming what he fought to retain so long ago. Halloween Town was in a state of low morale at this time period, not much trafficking in or out. It would be a great time for an attack. Honestly, the inevitability of an attack was imminent anyway. Mr. Yima. Someone that Morpheus had never actually met in person before, but from what he’d heard…He had an ass wupping coming sooner or later regardless. This wasn’t just a battle for the town, but a survival for one’s own desire to live—to love. It was war, one that Morpheus had been thinking about ever since he defeated Hades all those years ago. His decisions had been greatly influenced by the statistical quotas of the world. But Morph knew that he had to start somewhere. The perplexity of the current regime was dumbfounding anyways.

…darker than it had been in age. The Town of Halloween—full of wraiths, skeletons, and the one called Yima. He was the primary target on this endeavor. A small dark figure streaked across the Town. The Dark Lord had already infiltrated the small town. He had portaled far out from the town itself, and ran across the lands until he reached the town to avoid detection when entering the world. Alleys, trash bins, columnals, walls, buildings. He used them all for cover as he entered the city. He wore a large black cloak, similar to that of the Organization. A hood covered his face so as to conceal his identity. Small strands of silverish-blue hair flowed from within the hood. The only other with hair of that stature had left this plane long ago—The Sixth Organization Member. Of course it wasn’t all that easy getting into the city, but with Morph’s acrobatic abilities, it was easy to flex around and use his stealth to gain entry and bypass any guards. Only one guard had actually proved difficult at first, but Morpheus had quickly suppressed the man in a recon type attack, applying pressure to his neck incapacitating him and making him unconscious.

So he had successfully gained entry into the city, and gotten past the first few patrol, unalarming anyone with his precision. Even whenever he had knocked out the guard, he hadn’t been seen, but had attacked from behind. His shoes and feet were positioned in such a way that his footsteps were silent as a dead man walking. He was an assassin. It was in his blood. Morph trailed along the edges of houses in the midst of the night. He had sent a team of undead skeletal soldiers from the UnderWorld to scope out the place before hand. The Skeletal goons fit in just right among the creatures in this world. They were still here somewhere. Morph had sent 3 of them, undercover.

Morpheus was walking down the street now, as if no longer trying to hide. I mean honestly, he had gotten this far, now he had the cookies in the oven. There was no need for stealth anymore. He was already in the largest part of Town. It was the middle of the night, and nobody was around where he was. Peculiarly or not, it was the truth. He had reached the house—or the mansion rather—in which the Pumpkin King resided. It was a grand sight indeed. It was easiest the largest building of residence in the Town, and appeared to be five stories tall. Not bad for a man of Yima’s stature, but nonetheless it didn’t phase Morph. He didn’t need grand houses. He ruled all that was of the Dead and had a large courtroom of dead gypsies waiting for him back home. As he opened the small gate that was unlocked that led into the front yard, the clouds rolled past the sky, allowing the moon to peak through and cast a faint light among the place. It was actually a little larger than Morph had expected. He stood about 10 feet away from the door. He stood perfectly still for a few moments. It was peaceful. So calm and tranquil. He looked upward towards the heavens, outstretching his arms to the sky. One of his arms was made of a metallic alloy that had been crafted by Numeral Six Organization Member years ago. It was indestructible and very powerful. But at this time, it wasn’t seen as that—but rather as a variable in time, a symbol of the UnderWorld’s ambitions. It was his strength—his Dead Army Iron Fist. He took his normal arm and put two fingers into his mouth and whistled. It was loud, yet not really noticeable because of the such high pitch that normal human ears couldn’t hear to that frequency. It got suddenly quiet for a moment, then suddenly a loud ferocious roar was heard from high above the atmosphere. An enormous figure began rocketing downward, straight for Morpheus. It’s wings were laid back against its body and it fell from the sky like a rock, and was positioned as straight as a board. It was Camille…MorpheusZero’s dragon. They had helped each other escape The World That Never Was many, many years ago. The Huge Black Dragon turned upright at the last possible millisecond and reverted its angle to that of the houses front door, obviously made of some kind of strong steel alloy. The Dragon hit the front side of the house hard, immediately smashing into house and skidding across half the house until she finally came to a stop. The front half of the house had been completely demolished. Debris and smoke was clearing in the area as the sound of splintering wood and cracking was heard throughout the Town. Morpheus slowly lowered his head and looked back at the once beautiful mansion. He spoke softly, the only one hearing him was his Dragon of Darkness.

”Thank you….Camille…”

Camille reared her head back as she stood upright in her back two legs and roared loudly, enough to frighten and awaken the entire household and town. It was inevitable that the Pumpkin King knew something was up by now. The dragon came crashing back down on her front two legs as she watched vigilantly for any signs of movement. Her breathing was very fast and loud. Morpheus began walking over debris as he walked up the steps to the house. Fortunately, the large door was still intact, being the only piece of material still standing with no walls or anything to keep anyone out anymore. Morpheus casually walked to the door….and knocked.

”Anyone Home?”

An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN) Empty Re: An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN)

Post by Yima on February 10th 2009, 8:21 am

Retrieving his grey leather trench coat from his entry way closet the older teen ruffled his tar black hair beginning to lose himself in deep thoughts till a announcement of arrival shook the dust at his feet as if he had never gotten to cleaning his home seeming to always have its own layer of musk. Turning is body to the mansion’s front steel alloy orifice the pumpkin king threw his coat over his tall shoulders still growing in is youth shrugging both shoulders to move the beaten grey leather patchwork garment into a more comfortable position as he blinked his aqua-marine eyes graced with a small change of hue from the world's own design. The call had come from outside, nearby his home, and perhaps from above he decided as his canine ears twitched straining to hear any further sound as the moon's light softly streamed through a skylight above. As the teen raised his head to look up he leaned his right side down crouching so he might rise again with his grey strap bag made from the same leather as his cloak though the pressure guard he wore beneath would reveal itself a marshmallow tone tight at his waist and loose everywhere else it covered. In m moments he heard the creature that had called out before accompanied by the sounds of shattering stone bricks, watching with his knee on the aged carpet occupying his houses vanishing front scales breezed about the mansion's front ripping and tearing away the support for the floors above leaving the ceiling above unstable and stones falling to the king of all hallows eve responding kicking his feet from the hard surface supporting his foot rolling from where he might have been crushed to his front way passage solely rising with his back pressed onto he heavy steel thicker than his forearms a few counts over two. Feeling a bit of wry humor bleeding out from his lips where it seemed some shrapnel had chipped away as the insides of his house quieted down, not wanting to make a noticeable sound the young ruler remained still with his mummy wrapped hands placed on the chilly alloy door avoiding the chance of letting his metal attachments extending from his arms graze another hard surface, still the thought that the last time he had been attacked his door got smashed in.. and now that his entry way portal was more secure.... than the walls crumbled at his feet wafting away in piles where a few experiments still laid dormant from before his time as ruler of the world outside and in... The remodeler in question his ears suggested had just sat themselves down outside and by the message the being that had stripped his house of it's lower dress got all the peaking it wanted seemingly stationary as footsteps came like a small puff puff in the wind. The skies above began to fill with the other residents of his home streaming out as if they were tears at a funeral and then a single question was asked and Yima couldn’t seem to help but outright laugh before responding back, “you could have just knocked”, as he tapped the door just hard enough for the person on the other side to hear letting out a sigh. Lifting his boot to the doors handle and kicking off from it in one full motion Yima grabbed onto the rim of the knuckle drum standing like an island in the sea shattered stone swinging his body over the top, and crouching on the door the house’s host hoped that the citizen population was unharmed as he sized up his visitors. Leaning his head to one side he left one last comment before waiting for his visitors, “I would offer you a drink but it seems my bar is in shambles”, spoken with a stunted wry grin as his bag lay on the flat surface at his side.

An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN) Empty Re: An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN)

Post by MorpheusZero on February 12th 2009, 7:07 am

The town was up by now. The miscellaneous citizens were scurrying about, most of them screaming, some shouting out in anger. The rest were quiet for fear of the mighty dragon. As Camille caught sight of the man whom owned the Mansion, she threw her head back once more to let out a loud roar again as black flames shot out high into the air, the she leaped up and took flight. She made a perimeter around the sky limits and watched over them. The man from the darkness stepped forward into the house, walking right past Yima. He walked slowly, with his head down, and made no fast movements or anything for Yima to believe that he was about to perform a cheap shot. He walked to the center of the destroyed mansion and stopped. It was almost as if he had planned it to play out this way, for now the center of Yima's house seemed to look like a giant Battle Royale arena--very odd. Morpheus lifted his head and began to look towards the heavens. He raised his hands towards the sky, almost as if submitting to a higher power as he always did before each battle. He was calm in spirit, and furious in mentality. His breathing was deep, and his heart rate was slow. He opened his eyes and looked at the stars--it seemed like time itself was slowing down, but it was just his imagination. One thing was for sure, he was focused and well prepared for this fight. Morph lowered his hands after a moment of awkward silence and turned around to face the bewildered Yima. Morph reached inside of his coat pocket and slid out a photograph, he looked at it for a minute, then tossed it sideways like a frisbee to Yima.

"...Yes. I've been taking pictures of you're momma's chatbox."

Morph, from under is hood, began to grin maliciously. He outstretched a hand, pointing at Yima and spoke again.

"Come get some..."

An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN) Empty Re: An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN)

Space Paranoids:
---------------------------------------
Oh she heard THAT.

That roar...that was distinctive. Only something big and mean and threatening would make a sound like that...and that meant that Rose was, once again, going to have to stop eating and get on with her fighting. Watching the screen from her chair, she bit her lip.
She didn't like to complain...fighting was fun...but with double the weight, and double the chance of being hurt, she was a little weary about getting up and fighting.
Biscuits was too busy talking to Jeremi to notice that she was leaving...they were so protective of her, now that her condition was finalized and confirmed. But she didn't care...if a world was in danger, not even her baby was going to stop her from protecting it. She had MADE that promise. She wasn't going to let innocent people get hurt.

Putting her cloak over her maternity gown, and lifting the hood over her azure locks, Pinky left Space Paranoids in utter silence. If they followed her, it was fine by her...but she wasn't going to be told no.
=======================

Halloween Town was in chaos, and she could tell from the start. She had seen the flames on the computer screen...as a request to Biscuits, she had asked that she have a live feed from each of the worlds to make sure things were fine...and had only seen a small hint of the pain Halloween Town was going through. This...thing had totally roasted her camera feed.

Admiral Keyblade in one hand and Shield latched to the other, Arianne slowly stalked the crowded areas of the spooky world. People were scattering and screaming all over the place...they were quite terrified.
Finally, after her wondering what the hell was going on, she pulled a young man and what appeared to be his wife to the side and questioned them further.

"What is going on in the town? Do you know?"

The man and the woman gave one another a frightened look, and the man, with shaking arm, pointed back to the burning town.
"M...M-M-Morph.......Mo...Morpheus....."

Rose frowned, and snorted with disappointment. At least it wasn't Trickster....it was worse. She'd rather just skip to the hardest guy and work her way down than have to waste her time fighting through Trickster and Biscuits.
"Morpheus Zero...when will you learn."

Of course...she wasn't expecting the Dragon. Facepalming herself, she felt her mouth fall open.
"Where the HELL did he get a DRAGON!?"

The flames were enormous....Pinky contemplated using her control over water to douse them, but there was something more important than simply that...Morpheus was terrorizing Yima.....a young man whom she had heard had previously been captured by Xemnas....
Arianne frowned heavily, and cupped her hand to her mouth for a shout.

"Hey Morpheus! I'd have hoped you'd stop continuing your loosing streak by now! Won't you ever learn that if YOU attack a world, I'm going to be on your ass?"
Smirking, she put herself into an offensive stance, ready for him to make a move against either herself of Yima...however, she still had her eye on that damned dragon....she had a feeling that it wasn't on Yima's side.

An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN) Empty Re: An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN)

Post by Yima on February 15th 2009, 11:23 am

The young ruler's eyes followed the tall set man as his cloaked form moved steadily past the shattered walls and around the standing entry way to his once was front hall. To his side a creature armored in scales likely denser than some of the finest steel alloy to be found had let out a bellow before breaking off from its sitting position for the sirs above. With a set of curiously crooked ears Yima watched the man rising to his full height on the wall's upper lip steadily balanced where he stood wondering what was on the intruder's mind as he strolled to the focal point of the first floor in the case of guests connecting the visitor's chambers with the makeshift ballroom. The young teen considered his options watching where the man in darker wrappings came to stand over the decayed orange flavored carpet spreading out from the center of the ballroom proper like a fungus ending on the shag hall rugs in blotched fragments laying flat as open sores. Yima’s left ear picked up with hairs extended long as he listened to the colossal reptile as it made its rounds over their heads though far more so a danger than the clouds high above caste a charcoal black with all that the fire breather’s glaring spittle touched. The introduction of a flap brought Yima’s attention back to his primary visitor who fired a slip of photographic parchment in his direction landing a few meters from the door side perch by the wind’s allowance. The thought that the picture could be of his mother was a tempting one given that he had no image of her in his mind though meant it could be anyone… there was a chance the person he was about to fight on invitation had done his research… and more distractions of this sort could occur… he would have to ignore them and wait for an answer after the fight if he got in a position to do so.

An assassin’s invitation was welcomingly answered as the pumpkin king fell into a crouched position on the door’s edge appearing as a lanky gargoyle might before pressing his grey leather boots to the door and springing off the surface landing feet from the photograph kicking it up with the dust of his aged home making his approach on the man in black. As he moved his heart’s beat grew louder in his canine ears and in a few more beats of his soles on the interior pavement a soft invisible light began to soak the air around his body seen possibly as heat waves devoid of a searing embrace; Vital Light: 10 Mp used 90 Mp remaining. He would have preferred the additional radiance to see the insides of his home more clearly though he didn’t want the possibility of the dragon’s exclusive opinion on the little light dancing throughout the home…. While he fought its master at the very least the stars above gave a dim illumination for the ballroom and the three levels of seating that rose by to opposite stairways to the east and west while the host of the home entered from the south. Each additional level to the first had it’s own wall a foot above waist high closing it off from the rest made from darkly caste stainless steel. In his steady hands two keyblades came to life, his left hand grasping Seeker, and his right holding tightly onto caretaker. He wasn’t intending on striking first with the inch long crystalline teeth of his Second Hand seemingly covered in a shirt of jeweled mail serrated sharp. He planned to either avoid his opponent’s offense if he could or use caretaker’s wider surface as a shield to deflect the trauma and if he was able to use the momentum that the deflection might give him he may attempt a slash to the man’s stomach it depended he believed as he kept his pace.

An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN) Empty Re: An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN)

Post by Tementeye on February 17th 2009, 11:46 pm

Tementeye scurried against the stream of citizens trying to leave Halloween Town, wearing his angelic getup that accompanied him into its limits, even tossing his helmet onto his head after a second thought. 'Twasn't long before he reached Yima's manor, for he was familiar of the many paths to the residence of his friend, the Captain King of Halloween. He stopped dead in the gateway to the manor; a massive section of its front had been blasted through, probably from that blasted dragon what circled the area.
He stuck out like a sore thumb in his pretty, white garb. It gave him a feeling of vulnerability, standing under that beast that rounded the sky, like having to swim in shark-infested water. But, he reminded himself, there weren't many he couldn't give the slip, with his Illusions and all...
He ran towards the front of the house where he saw three figures: a woman (hey, was she pregnant or something?), his friend, Yima, the Pumpkin King, wielding two keyblades... and another, hooded one with a menacing look about him as he prepared to fight Tementeye's friend.
Tementeye drew his ax. "Hey! What's goin' on?!"

An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN) Empty Re: An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN)

Post by Riku on February 18th 2009, 11:32 am

((Time for Riku to join :P.. and it works perfectly cuz Riku hasn't seen Morph since he came back to life, so I can be on the side that gets to beat more people up. muahaha))

High above the streets of Halloween town, perched on the edge of one of the taller buildings, sat a lone cloaked figure. He looked relaxed; calm; tranquil even. A very strange wayto look with the commotion that went on below. An old friend had made his way back. Lord only knew when but word had reached this cloaked loner of his return. And now he had seen for himself. THere was no mistaking his style. The city aflame. The dragon. Where exactly did one go to aquire a dragon anyway? Only Morph would find something like that. The dark man stalked towards the leade rof the besieged world; typical of his style. He cornered the samll fighter, and looked to have a clear advantage.

But Morpheus' plans always had a hitch. He was too headstrong. Which was why a new fighter soon showed up, facing down thehooded menace, attempting to defend this world leader. Halloween Town. What a pointless world anyway? The man atop the building pondered getting involved. How was Halloween town alligned again? Hmm. That could be messy. Maybe he shouldn't get involved....

A third defender appeared. What the hell? Was it like this back when he had defended his own world? People just randomly popped in like roaches crawling from the woodworks? Hmm. 3 on 1. Morph probably could have handled himself. But why take the chance. The man had been beaten before, who was to say it couldn't happen again. Making up his mind the cloacked figure leapt from the building, pluymmetting quickly toward the ground. The gorund he never reached. A portal opened, catching him mid descent, and depositing him instead directly in front of the newest fighter to have arrived on the scene. The dude with the axe.. whos name escaped the man at the moment. Did it matter? Punching bags didn't get names.

Holding up a single finger the figure wagged it back and forth, as he began to speak. "Now now. 3 on 1 doesn;t seem very fair does it?" he asked sarcastically, puasing for a moment. He brushed back his hood, revealing the long silkver hair, fierce ocean green eyes, and a calm, somewhat offsetting smile. "Let's even up the odds shall we? Gotta be fair after all," He finished. Hi hand moved up grabbing at the robe that he wore, and pulling it off in a single motion, leaving the Dark King of Light standing there in his armour; Dark Keytaking up one hand; Way to Dawn the other.

"Long time no see Morph. Infact last time I saw you it was under six feet of dirt.Looks like you could use a hand to help bail you out...just like old times," he said jokingly, shooting a wink to the Weapon of Shadows.

"Good question!" Tementeye responded with a laugh to the winged kid what just hit the ground not far away. How many were there now? Six? You'd've thought more people would've been scared away by the dragon. "And as for you," he said turning back to the silvery-haired guy that done appeared outta nowhere, "your logic is bull****. That dragon up there's gotta count for like five people, or somethin'! But if you're itchin' to fight so bad," and he obviously was, brandishing those two keyblades like that, "I'll scratch your back and you scratch mine," he finshed with a grin at his own terrible pun. Tementeye picked up his ax in both hands, and waited for the other guy to make a move.

An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN) Empty Re: An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN)

Post by Jet Enduro on February 18th 2009, 8:42 pm

The MCP awoke in his world walking around looking for his monitors. Missing of course he thought to himself. He walked in to the room he had kept Pinky as he walked in to the room with a chart in his face writing down data and other graphs from the test on Rose and her Child. He put the pencil in his mouth as he started to talk to her about the calculations.

"So from what I can see here you and your daughter are pretty healthy but its better if you stay rested in be.....d"

He looked up at the empty room as the pencil dropped out of his mouth as he looked at the monitor where Halloween Town is being watched. He looked as he noticed Rose with her weapons out.

"Idiot..."

The MCP walked out of the room as he tossed off his lab coat and grabbed Pandora from its shelf. He opened a portal to HT as he stepped out of it he looked right at Pinky. His face as plain as day expressing what he was saying in his head to her.

"Ummm....Rose I understand that you wish to fight to...But for the safety of your child and for you.."

He said as he opened another portal to the same room she was supposed to be resting in. As he pointed in to it.

"Get back to your room. Don't worry you can watch the battle from there...Yes ill put up another camera. No I'm not going to help Morpheus OR Yima. This is their own battle but ill make sure no one else interferes with it. No one is going to die this is just Morph being Morph...An asshole"

An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN) Empty Re: An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN)

Post by Guest on February 18th 2009, 8:58 pm

Max had arrived at Halloween town, cloaking his presence with an Organization cloak, a place to where he has many memories. He had planned to fight and kill Yima once before here, but in fact they became good allies. He walked past the graveyard and noticed that the guards were knocked out. This seemed rather strange, but then again it is Halloween town. So Max decided to play things smooth by jumping on the nearest building and make his way to the center of town by rooftop to avoid being seen. He then saw the destruction of halloween town being caused by a dragon. The only dragon to match Max's Ryukotsei, the literal opposite of his dragon, Camille. He knew that this was caused by non other than Morpheus Zero.

What are you getting yourself into now?
Thought Max as he stood above the whole commotion where he spied Morph trying to do battle with Yima.
Morpheous was an ally whom Max had betrayed once in the past in the World That Never Was, a mistake that Max regretted everyday because that led to Morph's demise. And all because of a girl nontheless. The last time they encountered each other, Max had not reawakened his memories. Oh man would Morph be proud at the warrior Max had become, but this wasnt the issue. He spotted Yima, Tementeye, and Kotor in the scuffle below against Morph. He then turned and in the corner of his eye he spotted Pinky Rose.

What the hell is SHE doing here?
he thought as he saw Biscuits portal in and have a pep talk about battling while being pregnant. This didn't concern Max so then he focused on the issue at hand. He felt the presence of the Empire Lord, Riku. He was here and Max saw as he arrived to aid Morpheous to even out the odds. Max had sworn alliance to the Empire and must obey RIku without hesitation. It was now 2 against 3. Max had then decided to remove his cloak and jumped gracefully alongside both Lord Riku and Morph.

Hey guys. Let's even out the odds. 3 on 3 is more fun. he turned and faced Morph You probably don't know me he then turned back around but nice to meet you
He said as he summoned his Redemption Keyblade and held it in his battle stance ready to defend Lord Riku at any cost. Not that he needed any defending.

An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN) Empty Re: An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN)

Post by MorpheusZero on February 18th 2009, 9:02 pm

The fight was apparent. The enemies were even more apparent; however, the recent turn of events with allies were not apparent. Morpheus had not planned for others to fight alongside him in this endeavor. He wouldn’t exactly call them allies, but he didn’t mind as long as they stayed out of his way. He was looking forward now as the man approached him at a steady pace. Time seemed to slow as adrenaline rushed through the Weapon of Shadows. His eyes were running all over the place as he was concentrating hard, as unfocused as he seemed. He was actually attempting to reach out with his mind, using dark psychic abilities to be able to connect with everyone’s mind. Using this mind connection he would be able to communicate with everyone in the region telepathically through sharing thoughts and he wouldn’t have to speak directly. It was up to each of them individually to allow him into their minds though. Before he was struck back into reality, he attempted to speak to everyone…”…And So It Begins. I hope you all brought an extra pair of panties…”

BOOM. And there he was, brought back to the realization that he was in the middle of a war. His foe steadily walking towards him. Morpheus grinned a bit as he shook his head a bit, allowing his hood to fall back and rest on his back and shoulders. His long silverish-blue hair flowed out and seemed to flow slightly with the short breeze. He opened his eyes as his tranquil blue eyes shined and glowed feverishly in sort of a white aura as his black pupils stared down at Yima. He was blocking out the entrance of all the others now and was totally focused. The dragon from way up above screeched ever so loudly as Morpheus’ senses were synced with her own. The Dragon came plummeting down from above making a quick and massive sweep across the front court yard , spreading a wide of array of black flames at friends and foes alike—and whomever else happened to get in the way. This would get things started a little better and cause for more distraction as Morpheus hoped Yima would turn to look. The Dragon swiftly flew back up, high into the clouds—out of the way for now.

Morph, by now had two lances, one in each hand, at his disposal. He spun around once quickly as he let the first one fly forward with an elegant fury, piercing through the air towards Yima’s head. He kept spinning as he let the first one fly to allow for the release of the second one. This one screamed just behind the other one, just a tenth of a second behind it, aimed at Yima’s torso. Morpheus may not have been very quick on his feet, yet his aim was unprecedented and made up for the lack of speed on his feet. As soon as he released the second lance, he held Bond Of Flame in one hand and The Sword Of Darkness, Misfortune, in the other as he ran behind the lances towards the man. He was on his tip toes, with his right foot ready to pivot and counter at any moment. Both blades were dragging the ground behind him, cascading a trail of sparks from the tips of the blades as they followed him.

An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN) Empty Re: An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN)

Post by Riku on February 18th 2009, 11:12 pm

Riku's lips curled slyly into a dark smirk as the axe wielding punching back uttered a challenge to the king. Before Riku could do anything however, more people continued to arrive. it got a little crowded. Riku wanted room to fight...who the hell was this guy anyway? The battle ebgan around RIku, and it soon ebcame his turn to have a little fun.

"I gotta commend you, its been a while since someone actually stood up to me without a pure look of terror. That'll change though don't worry. Let see if you like pains hall we?" the king said with a sadistic chuckle. Darkness engulfed his body, morphing it into a bigger, stronger, form. As the darkness swirling around Riku's body faded it left him taking on the appearance of Ansem. He gripped his keyblade tighter, and with a sadistic gleam in his eyes he leapt forward. He slammed his keyblade into the blade of Tementeye's axe, driving it to the side and slamming it toward the ground. He brought the handle of his other keyblade up, attempting to get the boy with an uppercut to the jaw. He would start out slow things would get worse. believe you me. Riku had been out of the battle for too long. He wanted to see some pain.

An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN) Empty Re: An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN)

Post by Tementeye on February 18th 2009, 11:56 pm

The silver-hair kid rushed at Tementeye after going through some kind of transformation; now he looked like a pedophile. His strength must've increased by a significant amount, Tementeye assumed, for he sure didn't seem strong enough to swat away his ax before he changed. His guard knocked away by the blow, Silver-Hair had a perfect shot at Tementeye's jaw, which connected cleanly. He staggered back a bit, using his tongue to feel the inside of his mouth for any lost teeth. No, all accounted for. "Ooh, got me there... but this is nothing to what Forte put me through," he commented with an innocent smile, which faded as he remembered what Hades had put him through as well... But never mind that, he thought, concentrate on this crazy guy. Tementeye raised his ax above his head, took a few running steps forward, and swung it downward towards Silver-Hair.

Perfect. Riku's plan went just the way he had wanted it to. He had successfully goated the young fighter into doing the worst thing possible: Attacking Riku one on one, directly, in a close quarter combat. He knew it was coming the moment his hand made contact with the boy's jaw. he saw the enxt moments playing out as he intended. The little axe wielding puppet doing exactly as he was told while Puppet master Riku pulled on his strings. As the punch connected RIku leapt over Tementeye, putting a large amount of distance between himself and the other fighters... The closest one to his spot aside from Tementeye was now nearly 20 feet away.

He stood there, his abck facing away from Tementeye. he did not need to watch him. Instead he used his other senses to time things right. The boy was over confident. He drew in close to Riku, and swung the axe down in a powerful attack. not that it mattered. Spinning on his heel Riku dropped down to a single knee. "First mistake. And last." Riku said coldly. He reached his armoured left arm up above his head, stopping the blade inches from his head. It dug deep into the armor, breaking past it and leavinga bone deep gash on the king's left arm. His attention was elsewhere. At the same moment Temeteye brought the axe into contact with Riku's left arm, Riku's right palm pressed flat against the ground, and magic flowed out of his body. As the axe sank into Riku's flesh not a single cry of pain was utter. Instead he laughed. for as his skin broke, so did his spell.

It would have been a beautiful yet horrifying display to the other fighters. 15 feet around Riku, 10 foot flames would encompass the entire ground. Flames licked at everything within the area. The fire burned indiscriminately, eating away at anythign that was unfortunate to be close to Riku. And unfortunately Tementeye happened to be the closest. He found himself in the worst possible position.. the hottest area of flame. With temperatures over 9000 degrees his body would beno more then ash within seconds for sure. The boy had made a mistake by attacking Riku. He had brought himself within the 5 foot radius Riku needed to incinerate his body, and just as Tementeye believed he had victory within his grasp, death would come snatch it away.

((okay. Used Curse level 3. Curse lv. 3 causes 15 feet aroudn RIku to instantaneously burst into flame. The 5 foot radius closest to Riku becomes superheated to temps of over 9000 degrees. You happen to be unfortunate enough to be within that 5 foot radius as your axe is wedged in Riku's bone.. the handle is 4 feet. in order to be able to do an overhead cleave with any sort of power you'd need leverage meaning u aren't using the full 4 feet of extension possible to be reached. Which means that its less then 5. I <3 logic :) Now for calculations

Curse- 300

50% for Blood of Darkness= 150
50% for Darkness Possession= 75

75 Magic Spent. 75 magic left))

Tementeye looked down at the man he'd just cut. He didn't try to defend himself... Tementeye had to admit, he didn't expect a trap like that. He only just had time to cast his spell as the flames spouted from the earth around him. It'd become a sort of reflex he'd developed from training with Forte, who alway seemed to have a trick or trap up his sleeve. Tementeye immediately cast Dark Camouflage when he the man placed his hand on the ground, laughing. His clone appeared in his stead, still gripping the ax, while the real Temented faded from sight, becoming completely invisible, for a few moments anyway. Because the fire sprang up underneath, the obvious thing to do was gain altitude. In one quick motion, he stepped on and leaped from the clone's shoulders, landing with a roll outside the circle of hell. All this took place in mere moments. Think quickly, that's what Forte had taught him, if unintentionally. Meanwhile, the clone immediately caught fire and was incinerated to ashes. Tementeye returned to visibility as his spell was canceled by the death of his doppelganger. He couldn't regain his ax for awhile; it was red-hot. Instead, he drew his katana in his left hand, and summoned his jutte into his right. "Nearly had me, didn't ya?"

((Not even gonna question how someone who's weakness is being "little bit on the slow side" manages to move 10 feet up and 15 feet out so quickly. But whatever. Now I get to shove you around a little more. ))

Riku watched as a second Tementeye appeared outside the circle of death soon after the spell faded. THe axe still rested buried in Riku's arm, glowing a bright cherry red from the flames. Chuckling Riku removed the blade from his arm, and with a quick slash, cut it in half with his keyblade, smiling as the still hot metal clattered to the floor. He took the handle still left from the weapon and tossed it aside. It was useless. Hopefully the weapon hadn't cost much. Not that Riku cared. He looked down to his arm to see the wound had already closed itself back up. Thank you Blood of Darkness. THings were about to get a lot more interesting, and a lot bloodier.

Riku dashed forward, quickly closing the gap between the two fighters, bringing himself infront of the boy. dropping to a knee he sent the point of Wayto Dawn sailing quickly towards the boy's gut, while at the same time sweeping his leg forward in an attempt to knowck the fighter down. No matter the outcome of either strike, as soon as success or failure would determine Rku would spring up bringing his keyblades together in an attempt at a pincir strike, before sending a kick toward's Tementeye's face.

An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN) Empty Re: An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN)

Post by Guest on February 19th 2009, 10:04 am

Rose was about to protest to Biscuits, telling him for about the umpteenth time that she wasn't going to stop protecting people just because she was going to have a baby. She KNEW Morpheus wasn't going to be a pushover...and besides Riku, there was really nobody around that gave her the impression that the good guys would win without her help....but of course....Riku wasn't ON the good-guy team, and that slimmed the chances down to a very VERY small amount.

But before she could even argue, Riku's attack came driving towards the pair, and she dodge-rolled as best she could to get out of the way, almost dropping her shield in doing so. Jumping back on her feet, she examined Max Aeros, who was once her friend Enigma, Riku, and Morpheus. Knowing Biscuits, he was going to help them...and Pinky couldn't shake the feeling that when there was Biscuits, Rain was only a step behind.

Now the odds were REALLY unfair. It would be five on three...and judging her allies...she was going to have to do a majority of the work...aka: fighting Enigma and possibly Biscuits and Rain, at the same time. Again.

Rolling her eyes, Arianne brandished her Admiral Keyblade, and waited for the right time to strike, complaining about her condition as she waited for the moment of her attack.

"I'm pregnant, annoyed, wish to GOD I was in bed, and am dying for something to eat that's deep-fried and smothered in chocolate....and Morpheus, true to his usual method of randomly choosing a world to attack, is picking a bad time to be all evil. I'm honestly not in the mood for fighting....I'd rather be at home, stuffing my face, but of COURSE, I have to come out here all fat and pissy to fight you guys....AGAIN. I don't really have a choice in the matter, do I? It'd be plaguing my conscience all....damn....day....and I'd never get over the fact that YOU guys had an epic battle, and *I* wasn't here to kick someone's ass."

This would be about the fifth time she'd fought Morpheus and his little band of merry-blow-things-up-and-laugh-at-peoples-suffering-men. She was starting to wish she'd brought a little more backup. But she shook that out of her thoughts. It was a little late for that. Rash as usual, Arianne....She really ought to think things through a little more from now on, she could honestly get herself killed.
The Guardian watched as Riku beat down a young man with an axe, and shook her head with a frown, withdrawing her Keyblade and pouncing at him with the best of her ability, sending a well-aimed attack to his exposed backside. She'd only seen Riku twice, once in Twilight Town in Yen Sid's tower, and again during Lenneth's wedding....but she just because he was Lenneths's husband....the husband of her dearest friend.....she wasn't going to let him just get away with hitting down innocent people. He was bigger, and FAR more powerful....but she honestly didn't care. There wasn't an excuse...not even being bored.

"Well, if you don't want him attacking you by yourself, lemme give him a hand with you," she said, after her attack, putting up her shield in case of a counter-attack from either up in front or behind.
"It's not nice to pick on little people," she told the Dark Keyblader, from behind her shield, "I think you better just fight me instead! I've always wanted to see how I'd match up against you....I'm sick of having to kick Enigma's ass all the time....I always somehow get paired up fighting against him anyway..Trickster, Enigma, Trickster, Enigma...boring, boring, boring."

It's true, she thought to herself, she'd fought Biscuits, Morpheus, and Engima about five times already. Six was beyond her 'willing to do it again' mode. She didn't have the time or the patience. Rose knew for a fact Riku was one of the stronger...and an eager side of her was wanting to test how she'd fare against such a power. After all, she'd never really faced a REAL user of darkness. Morpheus, whom she had only directly engaged in combat for about a few seconds, had been more than a delight for her to fight, even for only a few seconds.
But Arianne wanted a genuine taste of what darkness could do. Cocky and arrogant, the girl was always willing to gamble her life for a good match, even if it was one she couldn't win. She'd done it a good load of times; Celox, Morpheus, Biscuits, Trickster....she'd done a good enough job with most, save for Celox and Trickster. But Riku was a totally different opponent. She'd never seen him in combat; had never studied his moves. He was a mystery she wanted to solve, so badly, that she had gotten out of the safety of Space Paranoids, with child, to do it. This might have been her only chance, and she wasn't going to simply pass up on it.

"Come on, come on," the girl told him, "I haven't got all day you know, I have a whole tub of ice cream and pickles waiting for me in the freezer...."

((so I'm assuming your attack happens after my moves on Tementeye are resolved))

As Riku stood back up someone new decided to attack him. the blade dug into the armor, and sank into the king's skin, allowing ruby blood to flow. It was not a deep wound however, and was not something Riku really cared too much about anyway. The real question was: Had someone slipped cocaine into the water? He turned around to see who it was and instantly knew that there must be somehting in the water. Standing befor ehim was a girl he had met in person once, but knew all too much about. he had had an acting role in more then one attempt at retrieving her body when she was dead. She was the best friend of his fiancee... and was likely to be his maid of honor. And she was pregnant. So many things were so very wrong with this picture.

Keeping his senses tuned to Tementeye's position Riku spoke to the water guardian. "I'm afraid Lenneth would be upset if anything were to happen to you miss Rose, or to that baby you're carrying. I realize you're a warrior, but I suggest you exercise that muscle in your head. I don't want to hurt you, or the unborn life you carry. I suggest you don't provoke me,"

With the he tunred facing Tementeye again, though he still paid attention to Pinky, carefully sensing her movements, making sure not to be surprised again. not that the last attack left much of a mark, the gash in his lower back already healed over by Blood of Darkness.

"Don't you know she's as hard-headed as a damn ox?"

In came the Heartless, her black tresses curling down into her raven black, skintight body suit, and jingling chains, gauntlet shining in the moonlight, pistol gleaming with an unspeakable malice. Her violet eyes were looking at the destruction Morpheus was causing, grinning in her own sick and twisted way, and she had walked in on the conversation that Riku and Pinky were having. Her left hand was on her gun, waiting for any kind of movement that should come to harm her, or her other self, or her master Biscuits.

"She's going to give you the 'gotta protect people' excuse. So long as Morpheus is still in Halloween Town causing trouble, little miss goody-goody is going to keep hammering down anybody who happens to be a supporter of the 'bad guy' side."
Rain turned to her other and shook her head.

"If you wanna FIGHT Riku, wait about a half a year, come back, and THEN at least offer him a warning before you go backslashing....I'm not the most honorable type, but last I checked fighting clean was something you held in high esteem."

Bowing to her beloved master, she slunk over beside him and gave him a quick lip-kiss before pointing her pistol at Yima.

"So, Master Biscuits," she said with a smirk, "Whose side are we on? I'll follow you, unless you feel the need for us to be on separate sides...."
Not that her heart could bear even thinking of harming Biscuits, save for the pleasurable type....

Max turned his attention to Morph's little gesture as he called Camille to throw fire all over the field. Max gracefully dodged by jumping onto the nearest building to avoid the chaotic flames.

Dammit Morph.....when are you gonna learn not to kill your aids you asshole? But then again you never really liked anybodies help.

Max then redirected his attention to the other fighters

It's evened out, so no need to bother might as well just sit here.....
He said as he sat down with his sol gun in his left hand and his redemption keyblade in his right.
this is gonna be boring
he said as he began to pick out a worthy fighter for him to catch his interest.

Halloween town, the place where verything was supposedly scary, it was funny because Etzolix found everything in here pretty, nice. It was a soothing atmosphere around here, the darkness, the moon. Everything hear seemed so tame to what went on in Etzolix's mind. Nothing really sane was in his, he lost it awhile ago when he merged Souls with Inarius, but yea whatever nothing that inportant had really happened. Only Etzolix was watching people fight, it was all really weird it was like for no reason. Then it popped into his head, the Dead War, the one between Yima and Morpheus. As he continued to walk, he bumped into this person who was somewhat on the tall side. well, he was at least taller than Etzolix which means he's on the taller side than Etzolix was. This person had Purple eyes, something that was weird but Etzolix shouldn't really be critisizing, since he had yellow eyes himself and that wasn't exactly normal either. This person also had a weird long red scarf, it was noticable from a distance he assumed but the weird part was he didn't notice it, wait did he just contradict himself? Etzolix looked randomly at him in a somewhat nervous look cause he really didnn't know what to say. So he said the most random thing that came to head when speaking to this other random person he never saw....

"Rawr, I'mma Fish?"

The MCP felt the ice cold lips he had fallen in love with so easily against his as he gave a small smile. She always infected him to do some naughty chaotic things. In the back of his mind he always wanted to do something chaotic. Before his promotion as an elite he would follow his old ally Morph around non stop causing chaos with him. He gave a cold smile as he looked towards the destruction. Insanity chaos destruction...That was the life for him.

"Well my pet....how about we let those two fight their own battle we have a pick of the runts here. But its better than nothing. I'm...."

With a sudden pause as he felt something bump in to the back of him as he turned around to notice a small warrior. Yellow eyes odd look about him. The fact that he bumped in to him showed he wasn't paying much attention...He was either fearless or foolish. The MCP would love to test that theory out and get his answer. He figured it out sooner than later. 'rawr imma fish'. The MCP was puzzled by this strange being. None the less he had gotten in the way of his speech. His darkness loomed out of his body as if covered the area in a 10 foot reach. The air was stilled no wind...perfect for his own chaos. From what he was able to tell about four other fighters besides him would be effected. Grasping on to the his pet as he shoved his lips hard on to hers almost making his lips bleed as he looked at her violet eyes. The feel of her lips against his was pure bliss. The ice cold feel of her 'skin' against his as he pulled away his breath was able to be seen as he took a big one out icicles would have been able to be seen on his breath. Another ice cold dark smile grew apon his face. He looked towards his heartless love again peering in to her eyes. His mind was enthralled on to her beautiful eyes he was unable to think fully for a moment as he finally flashed back to the fight.

"Don't worry love as long as you hold on to me my darkness won't cause you any problems...Everyone else however...Let chaos select the ones who are fit to fight."

(Twisting Fear released those who are caught in its touch: Etzo, Pinky, Max, smitty, Tementeye.

Twisting Fear brings out the person effected biggest fear. In the end of their next post your body will be strapped to a white wall and hundreds of swords will be shoved in to your body for years...even though its fake your mind will think it to be real...Have fun.)

An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN) Empty Re: An Unexpected Arrival (Dead War: OPEN)

Post by Rain~~ on February 20th 2009, 9:20 am

"Oh," she said, when Biscuits cast his Twisted Fear spell, pouting slightly, "You take all the fun, Master Biscuits..."

Rain watched eagerly as the punishment began...Twisted Fear was one of her favorite spells that Biscuits had.....watching the person fall to the ground on their knees while their minds were slowly driven mad....it was her kind of soap opera. The woman LOVED the suffering of the weak and helpless....next to torture and Biscuits, it was one of her favorite hobbies.

But Rain was still looking down at Enigma, and she gave a twisted smile. She KNEW he was pissed off that Pinky had given herself up to Jeremi. The Heartless considered giving him a taunting, but figured....Why let the hurt be only emotional? After all, one of those hobbies of hers was teasing prisoners in castle basements, prodding them with electric poles, running her nails all over them just to hear them moan in agony....oh yeah, it was fun. Her kind of fun. Kinky, evil, and most of all, somebody was suffering.

So, the Heartless turned to her beloved Master, and put a pouty face up, sending a begging look.
"Then, with your permission, could I have my fun with little Maxy over there? I'm dying to hear him scream...Can I just give him a few good cuts? I promise, I'll behave after that," She said, smiling slyly, "I'll even give you a massage after this...."

She KNEW that Biscuits was a fan of her massages...Rain always did hit the right spots, in just the right way. Her hands were unusually soft for a Heartless...and pawing them all over Biscuits was a favorite pasttime of hers. She made an art out of massages, as many men could tell you, but she'd promised her affection to her lordship...and even as a Heartless, she kept her word.

But the young woman felt something creeping up her spine.....her own fears......no, not her fears...they weren't hers at all.
They were Rose's.
The two were closely connected...opposite to one another, true....but so similar. Rain could FEEL, slightly, the cold sting of being alone. Rain had always been with someone during her travels...she had always supposed that the affection Pinky had longed for had manifested itself in her...but this was a little too much to bear....and she could feel Arianne suffering, only a few yards away. The Heartless winced, holding her heart in slight stinging pain, and heard the Guardian who was her whole, in her pain, in her suffering.
Enjoying pain was one thing.....but Rain couldn't take too much of Rose in pain. If she died, so did Rain...they'd made that clear. They were evenly matched. They were the same. They were one person, in two different forms. Light, Dark.
But she kept quiet for a long, long time. She refused to let Master Biscuits know her weakness. He would cast her away. She couldn't bear that. Her heart felt welcome with Biscuits...she felt loved....but any sign, any hint of weakness......she would not be worthy of him. He was too perfect to outly express her weakness and flaws. She could not be flawed. Her strive for perfection wouldn't let her.

So, despite the pain.....Rain kept silent. Not an ounce of it showed in her body, or her expression...but inside....she was hurting.

Rose was about to speak to Riku, apologizing for the intrusion, and was RIGHT about to aim at Enigma....when she felt something cold wrap around her. Something strange, and foreign...a similar cold that was similar to that of the onyx pennant Biscuits had given her. Pinky sniffed the air, and blinked. Darkness. All she could feel, could see, was that darkness. SO bad was it, that she'd lost the scent of Riku and even...herself.

"What....IS this?"

She couldn't even reach out and touch it....it was too painful for her movement....she was absolutely trapped. A sound caught her attention, and, with pain shooting up and down her spine, Arianne turned around....and saw a pair of her friends, Ansem and his 'son' Lenneth...two of her best and dearest friends. Then, in suit, came Tirena, and her husband, Hasha....they looked just like she remembered.....TerraDagger, Sir Leo....Ikara and Kairi...and even Celox. Pinky couldn't help but wonder what was wrong....but they all seemed to be looking at something....and their eyes all got wide.

The Guardian turned around, with more struggle....and saw the absolute horror of her life. The Nobody with the pale blue skin, the haunting green eyes...the silver hair and shimmering armor, twin swords gleaming.....Samurai Nobodies everywhere.

"No....NO!"
Trickster was cutting them all down...the pool of blood staining the area around her. She couldn't take her eyes off of them....staring and staring until tears came to her eyes, too shocked to even speak. She couldn't even think.
And then, the Nobody turned around, and fingered the scar on her chest where he'd killed her, with a cruel smirk. His touch was cold....and unfeeling...and creepy as hell....and Rose felt the shivering run down her spine as if someone were jumping on her back. Closing her eyes in her own horror, the girl didn't even want to open them again. The very sight of the Samurai of Twilight put her into a paralyzing fear.

"Aren't you even going to look at me, Arianne?"
That voice was something totally different. Jeremi's. At once, Rose opened her eyes, and a smile passed her lips, as she gazed into his hazel eyes, his graying hair...his handsome face. Pinky loved the way he looked into her eyes....she loved everything about him....

"How did you get over here? I thought you were busy."
Jeremi brought out from behind him a young girl with black hair and blue eyes, her china doll like face with a small smile on it, her gaze twinkling.
"It's Analie....she's got your eyes, see?"
Pinky, fighting against the pain, went down to touch her daughter...just to make sure she was real...and then.....

She watched in absolute horror as Max Aeros killed them both. He'd appeared from behind her, grabbing her waist and holding her to the side as he thrust his keyblades through the bodies of her daughter and lover. Suppressing a scream, Rose put her hand to her mouth, and tears began to pour out of her eyes like a steady river. She felt his hand come under her chin, and looked directly into his violet pupils.

"I was here first. Nothing personal."
Pinky tried to do her best to move, to get away...to put him through miserable pain...but he held her by the shoulder, and kissed her neck. God damnit! He knew that was her weakness. He knew it would make her stop, dead in her tracks, no matter what, no matter who it was.

"I hate you...God, I hate you....I'm going to kill you...I swear, I'm going to kill you!"
"Is that any way to talk to the man you love so much?" He questioned, while stroking the spot he'd kissed with a finger. Trembling with rage, shock, and fear, Rose shot him a glare so cold and so hateful, even Morpheus would have backed off a little. Her azure eyes flashed dangerously.
"I....could never....love someone as....cold and heartless...as you."
Enigma looked down on her as if he were looking down on a piece of gum stuck to his shoe. Insignificant.
"Your hands tell me otherwise."

Pinky looked down to her hands, which were calmly wrapped around his waist. When she tried to pull them back, they only wrapped tighter around, as if with a mind of their own. Her fingers lightly played with a dangling zipper on his jacket, without her own consent, and her mouth fell open.
"No....no, this isn't....no!"
The Prince leaned forward, closely.
"Make up your mind then, Rose...Would you rather love two corpses...or me?"
"The corpses make better lovers, Enigma."

"Then I guess you want to go back with them right?"
Rose wasn't sure how she turned her head around, but standing behind her was Trickster, again, his swords gleaming sinisterly.
"Okay," the Samurai of Twilight said, with a short laugh, "Say hello to the rocks for me."
Arianne felt the sword cut right through her flesh, right in the same spot where Trickster had fatally wounded her before...the cold, unloving grasp of death clasped around her again, as the pool of crimson flooded around her. She felt Max's hand on her cheek, and tried to hit him, do him harm in some way....but couldn't.

"Goodnight."

With a start, Rose awoke...her eyes adjusting to the bright lights of a white room. Blinking, she tried to move, but the cold feel of metal stopped her. Shackles? Pinky stared into a white abyss, trying to make sense of where she was...did someone take her out of...wherever it was she was before....? Did she fall asleep? Shuddering, she recalled the dream, and a tear rolled down her cheek. She'd have rather stayed dead than have to face that horrible recreation again.
But before she could even pass another thought, something even worse happened. A sharp, stabbing pain shot through her chest, and the astonished girl looked down. A sword was dripping with her red blood, dripping onto the floor below.

Plink.

Gasping for breath she'd lost, the girl tried to fight against the restraints...and then....the worst thing happened. No moment in the life of this young woman, did she feel more sorrow and pain.

A sword went right through her abdomen. Without even realizing it was her voice, Arianne shrieked, not with pain, but with absolute horror. With a gasping sob, she felt the very last of her energy being taken from her, the sliver of mental hold gone. If she'd done this event without being with child...she could have taken much, much more than this...but the shock of loosing her baby.....caused her to ultimately black out.

A short fight. She wasn't even conscious anymore. This was the shortest amount of time she'd ever been in a fight....and Rose, outside this world of her darkest fears....crumpled to the ground in a heap, and her Admiral Keyblade faded, her shield clanging to the ground.

Arianne was done for the night, she'd decided.
