Appearance: Medium long spiky brown hair, light brown eyes, his eyebrows are quite thick but cleanly cut, his nose is normal while his mouth is average in size with soft lips. His face is mature yet handsome and gives a friendly first impression to people. He has a well-build body and wears a leather gauntlet on his left hand and a soft blue colored armored shoulder guard on his right. Other than that, he wears white karate pants, a soft blue sleeveless shirt and a golden belt with runes engraved in it. Furthermore, he is 6 feet 2 inches tall and weights around 75 kilograms.

Personality:
He’s a very calculative person who would even calculate when he is hungry or not, a tactician type of thinker, friendly, calm and sometimes straight forward on things. Other than that, he is quite random and he is very polite but when it comes to something serious, he is as serious as hell and has a very determined character, such as to finish a mission if he is given one. He is also a Money minded person, give him the right amount of cash and he will accept almost any job but also he takes count of the casualties.

Fighting Style:
He uses his quick, swift and agile body movements (including footwork) to evade attacks than blocking them and prefers effective attacks over the reckless ones. Furthermore, he blends his swordsmanship and other martial arts with his magic together while fighting to create continues attacks and constant combos to not let the enemy have a chance to strike back. Other than that, he’s a master at battoujutsu using his nodachi and uses his skills as a knowledgeable doctor to help him as well. He also is great at tai chi, a martial art style where he will use his opponents’ strength against them but not killing them. Conclusion: He keeps to his moto of "I dont believe in violence but i do believe in self defence." unless he was ordered to attack of course.

Affinities:
Since he works as a doctor, he knows much about the human body, how it functions and how to destroy it. Other than that, he is extremely swift and quick with his body movements, his concentration and stamina level is high, which grants him great calmness and concentration to do fast reactions and have a long battle, and his swordsmanship is very well trained, meaning he can use it as if it was his own body. Furthermore, he tries to use his opponents strengh and speed against them as he believes it is a good tactic to defeat people.

Weaknesses:
He is weak against constant hammering/critical/combo attacks and high level of magic/spell usage does a lot of damage to him. Furthermore, if he gets annoyed his concentration level will go lower and begin to act recklessly which gives lots of room for the opponent to strike a critical blow to him. His physical defense and endurance to damage is weak due to the fact that he normally evades attacks.

History:
A normal person with a life that he wished for, a lovely home, beautiful and caring wife, cheerful kids and a good paying job as a doctor and a Nodachi arts master, not to mention quite knowledgeable in some magic. Everything was good in his life but one dark and stormy night, his family was killed in front of his own eyes by a few ninjas. As rage took over him, he took out his nodachi and killed the ninjas in a few seconds. After that, he knells down in grief and sorrow with tears coming down his checks as he took his loving family in his arms, bloody and dead they were, but still he cried and mourn over their deaths.

After hours of mourning for what is gone, the storm stopped and the clouds moved away, slowly revealing a bright light from above. He looks towards the cloudy sky above and saw that it was the moon that was shining down upon him and his dead family. After a few minutes of staring upon the light, he felt as if his hands were lighter than usual and quickly looked below, his family was no more there but glimmers of light appeared all around him, like fireflies in the summer. He was shocked and quickly stood upwards, as he heard a person breathing behind him, and turned around.

He saw a man clad in pure white cloaks that covered not only face but form hovering before him, Damien saw that he has no face but stars and planets could be seen revolving under the hood, his hands were like ghosts yet Damien had a feeling that it weren’t but sometimes feelings can be wrong. Damien quickly took his sword and tried to slash the mysterious figure but the figure just took up his hand and his sword was broken into pieces. After that, he knell downwards, begging to be killed by the mysterious person as his family, his wife, his life was taken from him. The man just touched Damien’s forehead, a faint light appeared as he touched him and voices came out from inside his mind with the mysterious man and they had a conversation.

The conversation gone as below:

“Do not worry, Young One. Your family is safe and peaceful now.” The mysterious man said with a stentorian voice.
“How can I believe you? After all, that has happened on this sorrowful night.” Damien said with grief.
“Calm Yourself! You shall go and take up a duty for me as payment for sending your family to heaven safely.” Boomed the man’s voice as if lighting struck the area.
“I don’t believe you! I don’t believe anyone, anymore!” Damien screamed with sorrow.
“Do you wish to see your family again?” the mysterious man soften his tempo.
“Yes.” Damien answered with a sob.
“Then take this blade and I shall grant your wish with a price if you do something for me.” The man replied.
“I will! I will do anything to see my family again.” Damien returned back wiping his tears.
“Very well, take the blade and go though the portal behind me and I shall contact you again, once you reach the other side.” The man said softly.

After the light faded away, Damien opened his eyes and felt as if something heavy has left his mind, his body was sweating badly and his breath was heavy but in his hands, he held a blade with a very chilling aura appearing on it which gives him the willies. Damien felt scared to use it yet but still he will soon but now what he needs to do what the mysterious man requested to just see his family again even if it’s a mission to kill him. Then a bright light appeared in front of him and the light slowly formed into a door shape, Damien remembered that he needed to pass the door first if he was any closer to meeting his family again and with that, he took a deep breath and ran pass the door, towards a new adventure and finally he found himself, laying on the ground half awake, in a very weird town, where ghost like sounds and creepy looking things ran about and then he fainted.
