Deserts of the Dead (Open) - Page 2 Empty Re: Deserts of the Dead (Open)

His attack blocked by the lance of the summon, the male pulled his weapon back towards him, taking a few steps back from the lance. Unknowing that the spear was heading towards him, being preoccupied with the armour and assuming Kasturi would be fighting Lenneth. As he moved back though, luck seemed to be on his side, the spear not fully penetrating the teen's shoulder, rather it skinning but rather deeply, the side of it, taking chunks of skin and what looked to be a lot blood. The male let out a gasp of pain, not having enough time to plan out the next steps, he looked around him, not seeing Kasturi but rather another armour rushing towards him. Angry now, the teen whirled around, matching the sword with his own red blade, stopping the process of getting knocked out from happening.

It was then the suddenly feeling the arms of the other summon start to crush around him. The male would attempt to fall right through those metal arms and then push himself away from the two, lunging just enough away as he sprung on his feet. He looked around and the blonde haired male was no where to be seen, instead a large black cat stood. Trent could turn into a bird if he wanted to, he could figure out if this was the same thing. "Come on, kitty-kitty" He would play, despite what a bloodied sight he was, a twisted little smile coming on to lips as he lunged at the cougar, his blade ready to chop this feline horizontally across the face.

Deserts of the Dead (Open) - Page 2 Empty Re: Deserts of the Dead (Open)

As the dagger came out him and his pray had gotten away with the areal help of his summons Lenneth was left nothing but to react. His body reformed back into the black ooze for a thought of a second before it took shape again into his human form. While in mid air Lenny was still able to move contort his body much easier and due to his acutally size smaller then his panther form it was further harder to land a hit on him. As the danger came Lenny span his body as the blades were about to touching, the first was grazing just at the edge legs while another grazed light on the tip of his butt, it was after all pretty strappingly voluptuous for a guy and size wise forgot to take into serious consideration while his reaction times were halved along with the rest of his powers. It was a mere stretch but one that let a single drop of blood paint long his right leg a little. The third dagger was still flowing past Lenneth as his danced in the air but at the moment before they would depart from each other’s company he grabbed it and landed with only a slight pinching on his ass. Course that wasn’t a feeling he wasn’t already use to.

Then as it came to it Trent was taking a much harder beaten then either him or kass was getting. Lenneth just felt so bad for someone to be taken all this pain so quickly or maybe he was just built to takes hits like that…hmm dirty. He wrapped his hand on chin while flipping the dagger he caught with his free one like a coin, just playing a few mental scenarios of that…stamina and body. And from the looks of it he may get another chance. Lenny notice Trent was charging at him as he had gotten away from the pestering metal brutes, looking for some payback in domains it seemed, making the charm lord smile before a light giggle escaped he ran right at boy as well. As the slash came Len quickly braced his fore arm upward in defence against Trent’s wrist that held the weapon which would have stopped the blade from progressing any further while the rest of his body also leaned in closer to try plant a light peck on the man’s lips with his on again as a playfully jest. While that was about Lenny also used his other hand that held the dagger to playfully skim down Trent’s strong chest and decent abs quickly with his nail before trying to plant the weapon in the edge of those nice jeans just until the hilt stopped it, while grazing the rest of the front of the hips.

After wards Lenny would twist away from and leap towards in between the two metal summons, raising his hands against both of them as he got in between that had just tried to tag team T. While looking at kas with a sly snister smile he surrounded the Valkyrie’s with darkness. Orbs once more formed and appeared close enough around their large bodies, each got their own seven. The spheres would quickly rush at the summons even if they moved and explode upon contact trying to damage them greater with the higher level of magic behind it, hoping to destroy them both as Lenny would get past and stand behind the blast waiting to see just what his foes will do next.

Deserts of the Dead (Open) - Page 2 Empty Re: Deserts of the Dead (Open)

Kasturi attempted to land with only his left foot after throwing the spear, but it proved to be unwise. The impact was still too much for one leg to stand even though with his air magic, and the mage buckled forward in a tumble, rolling on his side till he stopped. The mage gasped. Now his left foot is sore, but at least not as painful as his burnt right.

Hearing Trent's voice, Kast quickly tried to crouch upright, fearing his opponent would go for him in payback, but was mistaken. The black haired teenager went to confront the fast dark panther, which now had turned back into a human. The muscled male of golden mane went into locked combat with Trent. Kast vaguely sees them lightly knocking their faces together, for whatever reason he could not think of, then the blond broke away, taking a new swift position between the two Valkyrie summons.

"What?..." surely he realize he'd be attacked from both sides, but Kast didn't ponder much. About to command the suit of armors to attack when just then the blond male smiled at him, slyly, causing Kast's instinct to fire up in alarm by the bad omen. Before he could react, eight, no, ten or more balls of Darkness appeared around his Valkyries. Two large sudden explosions followed quickly afterwards. Kast could feel his connection with the summons lost. Cinders and particles of light released from where they once stood beside the man.

Kast calmly summoned Mistral Crest back into his hand. He eyed both Trent and the blond guy, holding the twin edged spear tightly in his grip. He's out of options, out-powered in melee strength by Trent and magic skills by the blondie. Not to mention his right leg slowing him down, and without his summons to use as springboard.

However, he maybe able to pull off one last strike, if he can play his time right. "Let's end this..."
Blaze Edge, ready.

Deserts of the Dead (Open) - Page 2 Empty Re: Deserts of the Dead (Open)

His wrist caught by the male's hand, Trent attempted to pull his weapon back from the blonde haired man but this proved useless, instead he found himself being kissed again. Frustration and rage shot through him, it was only a swift kiss but still, what was this man planning?! There had to be something, or he was just trying to confuse him? He felt rather hot, and rather mystified all at once. Trent's lips parted about to say something, most likely swearing involved and maybe something sarcastic when he felt a tingling, painful sensation reached him, stopping him from speaking. The knife, though Lenneth had used it playfully, had cut through his clothes with ease, leaving a thin line of red down the chest of the teen, adding to the wounds he already obtained. The golden haired male then slid it into his pants, blade first as if he was tipping some stripper. It didn't reach anything, thank whatever but the warrior was left behind as the golden haired male twisted himself around and left to go take care of Kasturi. He left a very much light headed and discomposed Trent, who gave no protest. "F**ker.." He would mutter.

Bringing back down Slayer, the male's cheeks were burning red as he reached for the dagger in his pants. He stared at the blade for a second and then tossed it to the sandy ground, looking over his chest as blood trickled down. He was full of blood right now, and now a ripped shirt too. His head felt light, maybe from the flirting.. maybe from the blood loss. The male huffed, turning around to see Kasturi's summons destroyed. Despite his conflicted emotions right now, the blonde haired man was just standing there, waiting, with Trent on one side and Kasturi on the other. They could both attack him, maybe, together. Trent would begin taking steps forward, looking at Kasturi and waving a little with his free hand as if to signal him and then point to Lenneth. Hopefully he would get the message to attack at the same time, taking the most powerful opponent out of play. When he got closer he would break out into a charge, moving his arm in a horizontal slash from left to right at the man's lower back, hoping that Kasturi would attack at the same time.

Deserts of the Dead (Open) - Page 2 Empty Re: Deserts of the Dead (Open)

Post by Kasturi on October 9th 2012, 12:04 pm

(OOC: permission to post early Lenny? ^^)

Kast, the bruised and battered wind mage was slowly calming his breathing and erratic mind. His thoughts are in a stump, as he is out of tricks and cards to play. He only have a handful of mana left.

Its then when the dark iris eyes caught sight of something peculiar; Trent's hand waving a little at him. If he hadn't known better he might have thought Trent was trying to flag him, but it could be he was preparing a spell or just that he felt his arm was stiff. Since they're opponents it could also be a trap... but Kast see something that clearly states their common ground: both Kast and Trent are injured and bloodied, and both of them seemed in no shape to win against a man who can still stand straight flashing a smile.

Thus when Trent moved forward with his axe, Kast followed suit and hopped one legged closer before bursting a quick jump again jousting his lance towards Lenneth's right arm with a burning spearhead.

Hopefully his flaming attack will distract the Dark mage to evade leaving him open to Trent's attack.

Deserts of the Dead (Open) - Page 2 Empty Re: Deserts of the Dead (Open)

Post by Lenneth on October 11th 2012, 5:45 pm

Standing there in between them Lenny had to stop for a few moments thee how the rest of his body was holding up while under the Grimoire seal and to be honest he was getting somewhat tired from all this physical activity. Thus far he has been in constant motion fighting between the two of them while trying to keep himself in check from getting hurt, which in his state of only able to use half of his true abilities while also being cut off from more than half of his magical spells was proving to be a daunting task. Not being used to such a handicap was taking its toll on the LaVaeas, his breath was getting deeper trying to clean out the lactic acid in his muscles building up from their battle, sweat was gathering quicker then it had before with just the heat starting to beat down harder. But it didn’t look like he would getting a chance to even have to catch a breath, Kas had started to move quickly at him with his weapon in hand blazing with a strange magic that he seem to just squeeze out from his reserves. And at the same time there was something else that glimmered on this odd head on attack, the aerial mage should have figured that Len wasn’t a foe to attack like that head on with no plan, this didn’t sit well.

Quickly scanning the area there is when Lenneth notice trent was in time with Kass, pooling their efforts in what looked like a unified effort to take him down as the stronger foe of the three. Good strategy but he wished it came at a better time for him to fight against it. Smiling at this dammed situation he best play it out. Then something came time mind, if he could risk a little blood then he could easily turn this around, the key about this plan though was just how much Trent had been lying to himself.

While staring down at Kas with his tenth grinned shut he attempted to move to the left and dodge out of the way but then hesitated about it, limping painfully making it seem like he had injured his ankle from all this physical exertion and failing to move in time. Lenny stood in pain while the lance came right at him, piercing his shoulder as he tried to move to the with it to minimalize it as best he could. Blood and flesh tore off with the burning sensation of magic just grilling his muscle that pieced through. Rushing off quickly after getting such an injury came the cast slash across him, twisting his body away the blade had missed back but instead touched, catching the lower part of the axe’s blade and slit through his right obliques a good gash staining the white sands more of Lenneth’s black blood as he struggled and stumbled across near Trent, likely to press his shoulder against the man’s chest if he didn’t move.

Bleeding badly on his right side, shoulder and sides leaking out and completely drenching his perfect body and what little clothing he wore blood. If allowed he would be laying his weight against Trent panting his breath and loss of fluid making it seem like his stamina was that low. Course he had to exaggerate some of the sounds and shaking to keep this little performance believe and a little border line pornographic. “…Why would someone as strong as you…bully me like that…keep tearing me apart like this and *coughs up blood*… there won’t be anything left for everything you want from me...” Lenny whimpered out before falling his knees in this “weakened” state close to the non-mage. Of course he knew this little performance might turn bitter sweet so just in case he thought of ways to escape if possible.

Deserts of the Dead (Open) - Page 2 Empty Re: Deserts of the Dead (Open)

Post by Trent on October 11th 2012, 10:45 pm

Kasturi got the memo, he lunged along with Trent, his lance on fire. It was the best plan, with two fighters already strained it would be beneficial to put their differences aside for now. The teen was still aware that the male had speed on his side but with these two weapons coming at him they might leave some mark, at least. The male proceeded with his attack on time with the other male, and from the sound of it the burning lance had hit the blonde haired man as he attempted to dodge, a smell of burning skin hit the teen's nose as he continued with his own attack. His axe managed to touch the heartless' back as he twisted himself around. The feeling of hitting his target felt good, especially now that he had accomplished his so called revenge against the frustration and confusion this man had been causing him. Retracting the axe back towards him, Trent was just about to plan his next move, whether it be on any one of his opponents when the blonde haired male staggered for him. Had their moves impacted the guy so much? The teen was slightly shocked, and disappointed.

Even more surprisingly, the man leant his head on his chest, pressing his body closer and making sounds to indicate pain but also sounded.. rather sexual. Trent just stood there looking down on the man, feeling his shaking body against his own. There was an expression of pure bewilderment on Trent's face, trying to figure out how this guy went from cocky to this. A tinge of red went through his cheeks as he began to think of what to say to him. He enjoyed the flattery, of course but.. what things was he talking about? He couldn't surely mean.. "I .. I don't know what you're talking about.." He spoke lowly as he looked down at the male, his mind wandering off into less appropriate thoughts. Completely distracted, the male stood there, his mind blanking out on what to do. A part of him was just screaming out to try something, a few memories from the bar in Port Royal before Harpy came surfaced in his mind. God damn it.. He thought.

Deserts of the Dead (Open) - Page 2 Empty Re: Deserts of the Dead (Open)

Post by Kasturi on October 19th 2012, 7:30 pm

Kast's lance cut through, in what he could only call great luck for even getting to penetrate the La Veass greater defenses. There's satisfaction, for him that felt it was a great feat given their untold gap in levels. But it was unexpected and wasn't planned, though Trent's did get to deliver his attack, can he still call it success on his part?

“…Why would someone as strong as you…bully me like that…keep tearing me apart like this and *coughs up blood*… there won’t be anything left for everything you want from me...” the blond man said, facing to Trent predominantly with his injuries highlighted in crimson red. It seems and sounded, like they're really intimate with each other. Then Trent gave a bewildered expression, while Kast was still in the dark. Those words have a meaning, and they know what it meant, but not Kast. Something's not right, the cryptic sound and Trent's reaction. Quick thoughts flash through the mage trying to decode the cipher words with facts he knows, details he might have missed, and then that sly grin, the same scene from just before flash before him,

"I .. I don't know what you're talking about.." is what Trent said. What he said, but then he seemed distracted.

For a usually cool headed wind mage, he still have an inner fire that's prone to flaring out. In times like this he have to remind himself to not jump to conclusions and keep calm. Trent is his ally... temporary... ally. His feet took a step back still standing straight, subconsciously his spear gripped behind him in a non-curious defensive stance,
"Trent, what does he mean?" asked Kast calmly, his eyes straight into Trent's, trying to pick up any slightest signs of lie. "What does he mean 'for everything you want from him'?"

[very sorry for the wait guys! ^^' ]

The man was still very confused and frustrated with this situation, yet couldn't find the means to shove the other male off or try to attack. He kept thinking back, back to this flirting that were now developing fantasies within... Gah, needed to stop. When Kasturi pointed this out though... He noticed his falter, the teen just didn't want to admit this to himself. His voice lashed out, staring at him wildly, without warning for what he said, "I don't know, damn it!" The raven haired male growled. He looked pretty insane in that moment too, with him covered in his own and the blood of others. He just felt confused and frustrated entirely, half tired as well. Cursing everything in his mind, he was still falling for the trick.

"I don't know, damn it!"

Kast was taken aback a little. Trent seemed quite upset, and his question seemed to exacerbate his feelings. The mage didn't understand what was going on at all, he felt confused, and so does Trent's expression.

The dark haired mage took a few staggering steps back, before his injured leg gave way and he fell onto the sand, his spear hit the ground beside him. Slowly he lay back on the golden glazed desert sand, breathing in tired strokes. The pinching pain of the cuts all over his body gradually became more apparent. The mage felt for sure there are more of those unknown glass sticking in between his skin, but was too exhausted to care under this blazing hot sun.
"I, forfeit..." huffed Kast in a resigned voice, "Let's get some iced lemonade..."

I could for an ice strawberry Daiquiri myself… though I’m an easy drunk so I’ll need someone to watch me a little” Lenneth muttered as he stumbled up holding his own weight now while attempting to stop leaning off Trent, giving the man just a small smile looking back before facing neither side of them. He wasn’t as badly injured as badly of course but best to keep illusion to further bring it into truth for his two foes this day. From one leg to another he kept on the pain to his right side, closing it shut with his hands as it seeped through. “ So we calling this a draw? Or did you want to keep fighting trent?”
