Now that stats aren't cures for our characters, they are set. A player with 8 strength and 1 post is "stronger" than a player with 6 strength and 1,000 posts.

Since stats are hard evidence now, why not make all changes in said stat using actual numbers? It would simplify changes. Instead of increasing a 4 by 10 percent(4.4) one could just increase the stat by 0.4. Considering some changes would be a little harder, like 15 percent of 2 or 3.

Destroy all that is good, so that all that is evil may flourish.

You told me to back you up, but I don't understand what you mean. Honestly, I dislike the stat system in it's entirety. I think that it takes a good bit of creative freedom out of character creation. We don't need to specialize it any further than The Cloaked One has already.

The only reason it had to be 'specialized' was because the brainless hordes that were the old staff made the decision to implement them into the game in the first place. Just like I haven't completely removed Partner Characters and Team Attacks, doing so at this point would do nothing but leave a giant gash of work to revise and possibly outright delete, and would annoy just as many people as it would please, either way.

I can't see Team Attacks as being something that a lot of users actually do or would even consider. Most of the new users are still getting their footing and developing here.

In my own personal opinion, the stat system doesn't rank to highly, but I don't really care either way.

One thing is for sure...we need to find some way to boost activity. Perhaps if we have someone that could develop a video for the site or anything to get some new users. I'm not quite sure how to get some of the old ones back besides sending a mass email to the lot of them.
