Residency to the Deep Jungle

Welcome to the Deep Jungle Residency topic! This topic has a couple of purposes. One, I will ask that people reply to this post if they wish to reside in the Deep Jungle. It saves me time by just having to scroll down the page to see who wants to join and approve them here, versus having people who join making new topics and having me check every single one. Next, I will be keeping a list of residents, so this will make the updating process easier as well.

Now, I do ask a few things of residents. These are simple rules. People feel better about themselves and others if they are respected. I know, this is the Internet, but I do not care. I would ask that residents of the Deep Jungle respect not only their leader, but also their fellow villagers (members on the site, even if they are not particularly nice to you) and any prospect newcomers to the world. All this simply means is adhere to the rules of the site and don't flame people. People are people. Get over it. It is not a simply don't flame people, but it is also a be nice to those around you. Meaning, if a member joins and is shy and doesn't know where to go to call home, then direct that member here. If the member refuses your offer, then do not push the matter, respect his opinion and leave it be at that. The point is, by having a nice, calm peaceful world in the Deep Jungle and having that incorporated into the site can make this place feel like it's supposed to--a home to people. That being said, I do not care what your character has done in life. If he/she just wants a peaceful restart to life, then he/she will find redemption in this place. It is a place of peace and solitude.

If I deem that one of the residents is just taking things way too far with an issue, then I will PM said resident and ask that he/she kindly try to adhere to the conduct I have asked of them. Repeated offenses may (and probably will) result in my asking said resident to leave, though regretfully. I will try my best to make this place a haven for all, but I cannot achieve that without mature, respectful residents.

Lastly, just have fun on this site and at this place. I know I'm sounding a little harsh, but someone must lay down the law.
