Details Consists of Nora's commonly seen outfit of a black dress, black thigh high boots and full length gloves.
Abilities:
5. Facade: The attire can change it's own and Nora's appearance, this is however a hallucination.

5. Eradicate: Must be activated. All debuffs and damage over time effects are removed from Nora. CD: 10 posts.

The first ability can be passive.

The second ability must have a cooldown of ten posts.

If the third is passive, it must cap out at 25%. You could make it degrading, like you lose 5% each post you don't hit someone. Then, you could raise it to 35%.

Put a required Synth stat in the form of a number beside each ability, indicating how proficient someone must be to activate the ability. This will determine the abilities power.

Hmm the new rules are a bit vague or at least hard to understand on what I can do with this synth item.

I get that I can use slots to add abilities to the item, but what would I need to change about the abilities to make them comply? I can change or get rid of them to stick to the one ability thing but I'm just seeing if the other abilities if they change are worth keeping

A single 5 Synth ability with 10 Cooldown has an effect worth 125 MP, whereas 1 Cooldown is a tenth of that (12.5 MP). That is your range of power. Modify this as you deem appropriate to fit that scale, and for each ability you have, this item will take an extra slot.
