Effects: In extreme circumstances, Felonix can sacrifice some of his great strength in order to become more agile (-20% STR / +20% AGI).

(DORMANT SKILL/CANNOT BE USED YET):
Name: Frozen Assessment
Element(s): Time
Duration: 1 Post
Cooldown: 5 Posts
Effects: Allows Felonix to temporarily freeze time to assess his current situation, whether in or out of combat. Felonix is unable to move his body or attack during this time, but can move his eyes to examine the situation and surroundings. During the time that this happens, if a target/foe is involved in the spell, they will be unharmed and from their perspective, the use of this skill is instantaneous and unnoticeable.

Name: Abysmal Return
Element(s): Time/Darkness
Duration: Passive
Cooldown: 1 Posts
Effects: If separated from his weapons, Felonix can instantly open a Dark Portal returning the weapon to his hand. If used during battle, the effect is instantaneous to whomever Felonix is battling.

Skill 1 needs a cool down.

Skill 3 won't work, as it is a way to get past the buff/debuff cap for stats.

You can make the first skill better, such as instead of having two weapons at a time, let it be any number of weapons, and reduce the cool down to 1.

You can increase the duration of the third skill.
