Range: Close-Mid
Description:  On cast Liandry can send out a slow moving pulse of magic through a visible purple orb as its focus point, throwing it at the distance. The energy is colored purple. For one post the energy lingers around the focus point till dispersing after her next post. The speed of pulse is 10 MPH.

Anything touching the energy will find it difficulty to move through, slowing them down by a 10% amount till they leave the flied of energy or till it disperses.

Lvl. 2 Effect
MP Cost:45 mp
Element(s): Time
Range: Mid-Long Range
Description: Same as above level but the pulse of energy moves at faster rate of 17 MPH difference from the first level. As well as the slow effect is strengthen to 25%. The energy also lingers for two posts.

In addition anything leaving the energy will have its effects will linger with them for two more posts.

Lvl. 3 Effect
MP Cost: 75 mp
Element(s): Time
Range: Close-Long
Description: Same as above level but that pulse of energy moves at faster rate of 20 MPH difference from the second level. As well as the slow effect is strengthen to 30%. The energy also lingers for three posts after instead of two.

In addition anything leaving the energy will have its effects will linger with them for three more posts.  

The flied also causes anyone inside to take an additional 17% extra amount of damage from all sources for those three posts.

For slowing movement, either describe a percentage that their movement is slowed by or relate the resistance to a substance such as water, mud, or tar. Also, describe the speed of the pulse in MPH, and define the range of the spell in a quantifiable amount such as feet or meters. Also, not being affected by your own spell would be a separate effect in each spell level.

The spell can either originate from you, or be thrown via a projectile, but not both. You're free to switch up the method of delivery between spell levels. Of course, being thrown will be related to your physical stats. If you use the focus, you should relate it to an object like a baseball or dart so that it's travel through the atmosphere is easily defined. This focus will have to have a physical appearance.

The way it sounds, debuffing damage reduction would only affect buffs to damage reduction. I would reword it to say that targets take a percentage amount of extra damage while under the effects of Witch Time.

You percentages would replace the prior spell levels, not add onto eachother.
