(Note for clarity, all spells may not be intercepted and 'stolen', though they can be destroyed or blocked as usual)
Lvl. 1 Effect
MP Cost: 15 MP
Element(s): Cure
Range: 30 ft
Description: Creates a small green projectile (travels at 3 fps) that on contact envelopes target, granting them a faint green glow and healing 10% of max con per post for 5 posts.

Lvl. 2 Effect
MP Cost: 35 MP
Element(s): Cure
Range: 20 ft
Description: Creates a small blue projectile (Travels at 3 fps) that on contact envelopes target, granting them a faint blue glow and healing 20% of max con per post for 5 posts.

Lvl. 3 Effect
MP Cost: 70 MP
Element(s): Cure, Gravity, Thunder
Range: 20 ft
Description: Creates a small purple projectile (Travels at 5 fps) that on contact envelopes target. Raises target Con by 20% for 3 posts. Also heals target immediately for 20% of max con, and then by 5% of max con every post for a further 3 posts. Target glows noticeably purple for duration.

Does the magic only work on its intended target or can someone "steal" the benefits by coming into contact with the projectile first? The former seems to be the implication, but either way I think it should be clarified in the descriptions just to avoid any potential confusion.

Actually, I was quite ok with interception. But hey if the cost doesn't go up... heheheh....
Also converted 'low-moderate, minimal, etc....' to percentages, as that is the standard we're working off of now.
