Skill 2: This invisibility is too good, should be more indictive of where you are or more limited in what you can do (such as sudden movements or synth not being concealed).

Skill 5: Summoning and dispelling them would still take up an action.

Skill 3: I'd say make the cool down a variable + 1 post based on how strong the spell you negated was.

Skill 4: summons can only be dispelled by using the same FP + 1FP.

After some consideration, you can keep it how it is, with no FP usage. However, dispelling a summon is only temporary and it will automatically return after some posts without having lost its posts duration-wise.
