Worlds will stay static in their cultures and technology. While you may bring technology over, it will not be adapted by the world over all.

An individual cannot majorly affect a world by themselves. It requires a large collective of people, such as the majority of active members on the site, to do so. Through this, the members can sink a world into darkness or put a world to sleep to force a change in the current line up of the worlds. However, a world cannot be permanently destroyed under any circumstances.

There has been a ten year time skip, so while the worlds remain static in technology and culture, this does not mean that they can't have changed at all. You can propose changes to the staff to a world that fit in with the theme, such as a castle (as there are no longer any leaders) can be turned into a public library.
