Morning Air (Open)

Post by Demetri on March 27th 2015, 10:05 am

Iota landed his gummi ship softly against the dark green ground. The cockpit would open, and a man with orange hair hopped out. His eyes first glanced from the left to the right, then down and up. He scratched the back of his neck as he yawned. It was mighty early in the morning; though... Iota was excited. Well, whatever happened today, happened. He wouldnt care much who he ran into. Iota just wanted a bit of adventure. Besides that, the orange-haired boy needed something from this place. The Dwarf woodlands were rumored to have all sorts of magical trinkets...

Leo...the half-wolf...standing just over six feet in height and weighing around 175 pounds found himself on this day to be awoken by a song bird in a nearby tree. He had traveled to this realm a couple of days ago and had been on somewhat of an exploration.

He yawned as his arms stretched out towards the heavens. The song that was flowing from the beak of the bird was actually quite pleasing to his ears. He had fallen asleep right beside the passing stream near the waterfall. Leo reached out his left arm and dipped his hand in the cool waters, splashing a little of it on his face before drinking the next handful.

He sighed in relief as the cool liquid slid down his throat. The waters here were so pure and untouched from the outside worlds.

He sat back for a moment on the lush green grass and wondered What kind of adventures could this day bring?

Iota patiently walked down a narrow dirt path under outstretched tree-limbs. His hair shined under the sneaking holes that allowed sunlight to shine through. The smells of dalilahs, roses, and sweet honey suckles fled through nostrils. His feet, kicked up dirt while he somewhat through them outward. Nearby he could hear the pouring of a water stream. Soon enough he had stumbled across a hy rid-being just lying in the ripe grasses. "Hi there!" The boy sat his bag down and immediately pulled out two sandwiches. He e'd been walking for awhile anywaus, and had packed himself extra. If the wolf wanted or asked, the Summoner would share happily.

His furry ears perked up as he heard footsteps coming through the brush nearby. He was startled at first to find it was a humanoid. They were quite a distance from the nearest village to his knowledge, but never the less it was good to see another person.

"Hey."

He sat up, splashing another handful of water in his face to wake him up a bit more.

"On an adventure yourself?" he asked the newcomer.
