Name: Flash Step

Magic Cost: passive when not in battle, 10 per small step, 30 per big step

Requirements: none

Class: supplementary/defense

Element-N/A

Effect: This is a skill that allows the user to gain a temporary boost in speed that causes him to be unseen to the unaided eye to go a further a couple feet. The speed is double the norm. He cannot use it in mid air unless there is something to flash step off of.
