| Quote: | "Xicohlnas was standing over the balcony of his Palace, dressed in a finely tailored, royal blue robe. Atop his head was sitting a five-pronged crown with flame shaped, red and orange spikes. The Emperor stared out over the Capital, the Imperial City, crown jewel of his Empire with an almost fatherly concern for his people.
Xicohlnas turned his red and brown eyes upwards and at the sunset, watching as the sun began its long, slow descent to make way for the coming night. Then, as the Emperor turned his gaze from beyond the Palace it began to rain, and heavily. The clouds above had grouped together to form storm clouds, though Xicohlnas stood all but unfazed in the face of the angry night.
Far outside the city, the great mountains were visible; if only for his Lycan eyes. With his keen senses, the Emperor could see far beyond the gray haze that clouded the mountain sides.
Yes, he could just barely make out the pagoda of the village that watched over the Tung-Shao pass. No doubt the Huns were planning a second invasion. With the previous Emperor's dissapearance, the Empire had been left wide open, and in the fighting and plundering, the common people suffered and died.
The people had dreamt of a savior: A Hero who would save them from the Chaos. And that is just what Xicohlnas intended to do; clenching his fist tightly, he looked up towards the now appearing stars in the sky above his Palace. "Cassie," Xicohlnas thought, "I remember the promise I made to you..." Then, a flash of light appeared; his light sword materializing in his right hand.
He raised the weapon up with its tip pointing directly at the sky, and as he did so, the clouds began to part and calm, the moon beginning to appear from the midst of the rain clouds, causing the storm to die down and eventually subside.
As this happened, a brilliant, yellow glow descended from the Moon as it began to take a Heart shape and shined directly upon Xicohlnas. Then, his eyes warped from their original colors of red and brown to a brilliant gold; alight with awe and power.

Reason: Because I know how to be a ruler, I also was one of the more popular Rulers when I first applied.(Old-site)
Preferability: Because I know how to run a real country, and because I know that a real ruler cares for their people. As well, because I intend to do that which no other world leader has done: Make a law system, make laws, improve the world in any and all ways I can.
Success Chance: I will do my very best, and when I put my mind to it, there is nothing I can't accomplish.
Alliance: Empire.
Reason for Alliance: Because I am a former vassal of the King Riku, and if I join the Empire, imagine how powerful my own Empire will become!
Population and Entrance: Anyone who is of any kind of Good alignment shall be allowed to join. Those of Evil aligmnent will be allowed, but viewed with suspicion.
Military Status: Though I want peace, I will expand and glorify the Military, continuously improve it in any way I possibly can until it is recognized as a truly prestigious and honorable institution.
Peace or War: Peace.
Ambitions: For the present, I intend to restore order, improve the Military, make my own law system, expand and redecorate the Imperial Palace. For the future: I plan to make Rp's about Xicohlnas expanding his/my Empire across other parts of the Land of Dragons' world as a whole.
