Reason: Unlike most poeple they usualy don't take the citizens word when it comes to decision that would effect everyone and I will include them. Also most worlds go on meaning less campaighns for millitary conquest and either win or lose, I won't do that unless it is what the people want.
Preferability: becuase normally I usual get along with most people. I never start a meaningless fight. Though my grammar could use work, I'm a pretty decent RPer.
Success Chance: in my opinion I won't be able to make the world a sucess with out the help of the worlds citizens
Alliance: no one at the moment
Reason for Alliance: none at the moment
Population and Entrance: pretty much any one who is need of a home and doesn't like any where else and will only be accepted if they agree not bring this world in any of their fights, not saying that you cannot fight, just don't fight because of one high nationalism and will give a bad rep to this world.
Military Status: Focus on the defensive and attack only when necessary
Peace or War: Peacefull because peopel need a safe haven where both sides can come together and meet peacefully rather than worry about killing eachother. Also because war is meaningless because of the time it is for political gain rather than that of a worlds citizens.
