Endless shelves of books filled the huge, cavernous building called the 'Archives'. The books on the shelves were about everything known in the existing world. How long it took to gather all the information would probably outlive many generations of families. Some books, of course, went missing over the years. Either on purpose or just forgetfulness. They usually held importance for research, but there were substitutes, although lacking. A boy by the name Shirou Velox walked down the aisles of the large library. He was carrying very many books, only two. He went from aisle to aisle, section to section, and room to room looking for a certain subject of books. Finally, after what it seemed like an hour, Shi arrived at a table in the main room of the Archives with a small stack of books. He opened the first one on the stack and started reading. Hours later, Shi closed the last book he had picked and placed it inside a backpack he was wearing. Besides the backpack, Shi wore blue sneakers, black pants and a white hoodie. Usual attire. He walked to the front and checked out the book at front desk. He noticed that a prinny was working. His hand twitched as he remembered the first time he visited here. Oh, how it was a painful first trip. And it all started when he lit a prinny on fire. Shi sighed, about to leave before he noticed distinct burn marks on it's head. Upon closer look, Shi found that the prinny had recognized him also and started shivering violently. Shi grinned and whispered, "Watch out" and started walking away. He decided that the prinny had had enough punishment for one day. As he walked, he noticed another prinny walking towards him. He nonchalantly took out a match from his back pocket and lit it. As he passed the prinny, he dropped the match on it's head. Quickly, the prinny caught on fire and started running around crazily. Shi grinned and decided he better get out of there. Quick.

The prinny that was lit on fire, being aware of shi’s last little attempted at amusement inside this play…the same act and the very place and nearly time. A little unoriginal to say the least but well he gussed this boy was really getting bored of his life. Thinking this all the time while his feathers still lit on fire after realzing his he was going to die in this place anyways so this really meant nothing for him. But then he might as well take a little revenge on this boy that seemed to well to enjoy himself without earning anything for in return for them. so a little game of ball and dive bomber. Shi seemed to think he could escape a self controlled area easily, ahhh the simple mind of a new mind. With a signaling flip of his wing the gates and windows all shut off their visibility with all the book shelf’s falling into the floor protected from the area’s damage for what was to come. The prinnes all around working in gathered around the foreigner kid, with that flaming prinny as the lead in the massive. Their numbers towering in a large tripe digits as they walked and stopped in a large semi-circular around the cursed shi. The leader now utterly engfuled in flames knew his death was close at hand so he chose to leave in a large way, getting five others prinny friends he and his chosen walked up towards shi.

“ Dood your so going to regret this…” he said before his body and blood poured out on its own. His size grew three times larger before he and his give friend were engulfed in light and blow into a muti chain explosion of 6. Creating a larger blast radius around of damage towards shi, the res of the prinnies on the outer ring of the circles all drew their twin daggers and started to throw them at shi as their punishments.

Shi watched as prinny after prinny came up and he then found himself surrounded. "I've had nightmares about this situation," Shi muttered, summoning his keyblade. He was about to fight his way out until the one on fire came up with others and exploded, creating a chain reaction of explosions. Shi covered his face, attempting to block the attack. He flew back a few feet and hit the ground with an audible thud. When he got up, he noticed he had some minor burns. He saw the remaining prinnies getting out throwing knives. "Swell," Shi muttered, trying to think of a way to stay in one piece. He decided to copy Etzolix's style. He ducked and dodged the knives, making sure to position himself where the knives would hit other prinnies. Shi also hit them in midair, sending them right back to the thrower. Of course, he wasn't perfect and knives slashed his arms and legs. His clothes grew back and he ignored the pain.


((Blargh, I know I said knives, but just pretend I said daggers.))

Many of the prinnies clumsy enough to get hit with their own daggers and not have the time to react like they should have been all were escorted behind the back rows of the swarming masses while the second line was push up into their attacks. Each time one new prinny replaced another they grew more aware of the attack pattern that shi was trying to perform, letting their own weapon fire back so after around 25 prinnes had jabbing hole in between their eyes they began to start their own little scheme. Just as the newer line prinnies threw their daggers they would rush towards a new position by cutting in the circle and making a break for the new spot, with one Prinny at a time this would leave them variable to direct attacks, however much like a school of fish these demon birds hunted the servants of the LaVaeas would move in great numbers all together, constantly changing their direction as to try and confusion their single foe. Of courses this plan had its own issues as now the prinnies that trailed to cut though the formation were more likely to get hit with the friendly dagger fire of the other line. But no one was left behind! Nor made unless. Any poor blue bird that got their shot punctured was taken to the back line yes but not to be treated instead they were intend to be thrown across into the center of the swarm towards shi as dive bombers for whatever amount of life was left inside their prinny suits.

Shi found himself getting closed in more and more. He was glad he was claustrophobic. His blocking had become sluggish, as his dodging. He was running out of energy and focus. He still managed to deflect the daggers without getting any major wounds, but he was starting to bleed a bit and sweat started to drip down his forehead.

Kai checks the Gummi Ship's control panels looking for any problems. Renton was also on the ship, he had invited him along back in Traverse Town. " Are you cramped or anything, I couldn't afford a better Gummi Ship than this. , " He said to Renton while he continued to check the controls. He looked out and saw a world he had not seen before. He noticed a flashing red light and inspects it. He waits for an answer to his question while doing this.

Being on a gummi ship was a new experience for Renton. The thing was small but it had a sturdy feeling to it. "No actually I'm fine." He looked over Kai's shoulder and saw the world to. I was so much different from all of the other. He also saw the flashing red light. "Um, is that a good or bad thing?" This was a honest question as he was not technologically advanced with this type of machinery. It actually worried him a little. He wasn't used to being in a position he could either fight or run away from, and him stuck on a ship didn't give him either option. So all he could do was hope it was nothing.

The red light meant that something was wrong with the engines, Kai needed to check. " I'm not sure, be right back. ". He went out of the cockpit and to the engines. When he touched them, his hand burned, and he quickly pulled it away. They were overheating, and were about to fail. He quickly returned back to the cockpit to tell Renton. " The red light is definately bad, in fact we are going to have to make a crash landing on that world over there. ," Said Kai as he got into the captain's seat and put on his seat belt. He stayed perfectly calm on the outside, even though he was freaking out on the inside. He could not panic, that would decrease chances of survival even more. With the small amount of control he had left, the captain steered his ship to be parallel to the world.

The prinnies were really getting at them. His muscles started to ache and his cuts seemed deep. These penguin mutants were really stronger than they seemed. Wait. Something clicked in Shi's mind. They were BIRDS. And they weren't even warriors, really. All they had were pointless daggers, which he assumed would run low eventually, and they could explode. Why was Shi spending so much focus and thought on thinking that these birds were more horrible than they were. He noticed that he overestimated EVERYTHING. His sweat was real, but his aching muscles were not really aching. The cuts he had gained were more shallow then he had previously assumed, and weren't hurting as bad. He had no clue why he was sweating though. He quickly focused on the situation. He figured that he overreacted because there was a chance HRIST was nearby. Plus, his little curse was stronger here and, now, Shi could feel it strongly in his chest. He quickly raised the power of his Demonic Restraint so that his panic level was kept under control. He slowed his keyblade and made more controlled movements, making sure to hit the same amount of daggers but with lesser stamina used. With his now cleared mind, he made sure to now hit the daggers back at the prinnies and spun more, avoiding outer laying daggers.

Kai seemed perfectly calm as he explained the situation to Renton. He took his own seat to prepare for the crash. This didn't seem to bother him as much as everything else did. The new question now was what would be awaiting them on the planet. "Do you know anything about this place?" He asked Kai. He had to grin though. The situation he was in was...fun. Something like this didn't come to often. So now he secretly hoped for more to go wrong, just so he could have more action.

The battle with the prinnies and the repeat offender was raging on as the soon to be regretting shi was persisting better now that he notice his own weakness, the prinnies too saw this and better sought after their own style and better changed it to once again gain the upper hand against shi. Sure these will the lower battle ranked servant birds but they were no fool. Mean while along the dark earth of the outside his world the ruler himself Lenneth was strolling long his own pastors and taking it all in for a quick trip around his back yard before heading off to do something else. As many times as he notice it this home world was something that he never grew tired of and was always often caught the same beauty for him as it did now. However something else now was catching his eye’s gaze as the night sky grew a blaze with a trail of smoke and fire. Upon slow making his way towards it he slightly saw the appearance of a ship, one with its red light flashing with danger and an uncontrollable speed and direction. Lenneth really didn’t want another crash on his world thus raising his left hand quickly and rending magic all around the ship the LaVaeas brought the poor riders down safely onto the ground with the danger reduced into safety. Lenneth then made sure that they landed some place out of the wilderness and heartless hunting grounds before he himself made his way to make sure who ever was in the ship was alright. Landing in a flied of grass underneath the moon’s pale shine, rushing in and waiting outside the port hatch the dark lord awaited for those to come out and speak to him. Either invades or just poor group of travelers that got lost it would soon be judged.
